RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
30 day unconditional return policy * (except food)
If you receive any unsatisfactory merchandise, please contact our customer service team within 30 days after receiving your order. The merchandise can be returned for any reason. In addition to damages to products upon delivery or expired items, returns for other personal reasons will be accepted but the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
The following items are not applicable to unconditional return policy:
Food / health products / fresh perishable goods - to ensure food safety, food hygiene and integrity, food products with no quality issues, can not be returned. For packaging damage, leakage, deterioration and other issues, please contact our customer service team and we would be happy to assist you.
* RETURN DETAILS:
If your order is damaged, incorrect, missing or has exceeded its shelf life, etc., please take photos and send the details of the entire order information to our customer service email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the package. With sufficient inventory circumstances, we will send out a replacement package, or you will be refunded in either store credit or your original form of payment.
In order to ensure food safety and freshness, Yamibuy uses 1-day Air delivery for fresh goods, and the package has to be signed for at the delivery address. For rare instances in which items arrive in an unsatisfactory manner, post office delays and other issues, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery and we will promptly assist you with the issue. If our inventory allows, you may request a replacement for your order or we can issue a refund back to you. However, the following conditions void our return policy: ■ no timely signature and receipt ■ items should not be frozen after return request ■ no valid proof of damage.
Due to sanitary reasons and commodity safety, Yamibuy does not accept returns on cosmetics products which have been opened or used. Please make sure that the items that require the refund are unopened, unused, and intact. Due to skin allergies and other personal factors, we do not accept returns for beauty products.
Between 30 days to 1 year of purchase, if the merchandise has quality issues, customers need to contact the manufacturers customer service for free maintenance.
Our refund policy covers books that are damaged upon arrival or have quality issues, please contact our customer service team within 3 working days upon receipt of the package. If you request for a refund for personal reasons, please contact customer service within 3 working days and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Books are not accepted for exchange.
Please fill out the return application and send it to our customer service email email@example.com before returning anything. If the return is due to quality issues, expiration dates, misshipment, etc., please send us the entire order information and related pictures. The costs of return will be paid by Yamibuy or the customer according to the actual situation.
Refund Processing Time:
After receiving the return package, we will notify you by email and process the refund. If the reward points were used at the time, the points will go back to your account first. The rest of the payment will take 5-7 business days to go back to your bank or PayPal account. Be sure that the packages are unopened and returned properly.
