Author Description

李杰，教授，湖北省武汉市名老中医会诊中心主任，网名儒医、万木草堂堂主。既是湖北中医药大学出身的学院派，又先后跟从十二位名老中医临证锤炼，喜读书，善临床，先后在北京、湖北、广东多地开办门诊，积累了二十年的行医体验和临证心悟，长期应邀在北京大学、上海交通大学、武汉大学等多所高校总裁班趣讲中医，在全国各地都拥有高知名度的“粉丝”，医名颇著。

不得不承认，近百年来，当中医遇到浩浩荡荡、来势凶猛的西方医学的时候，一步一步陷入了不断退缩的困境。
西方医学，有很多“拿来主义”的“眼睛”，例如物理、化学、生物技术、基因技术等等，帮他们看世界，帮他们认清疾病和人体，帮他们窥探生命。
然而，中医缺少这样的眼睛吗？想一想，要在“简单”的“望闻问切”里探求生老病死的奥妙，要在“朴素”的“理法方药”中解决患者身体的苦痛，对中医本身的要求难道不是更高？
所以中医从来不需要妄自菲薄，因为她自有自己的眼目，那就是用传统的文化当“探照灯”，来透视人生而参悟阴阳。
中医从生下来就深深地流淌着哲学的血液，其理论和实践的阶梯就是古代的“文史哲”，所以中医的本身是文化，文化中医和中医文化。
看病者，病人身上是病，医者眼里是病。其实生命怎会如此简单？古老玄妙的中医经典《黄帝内经》通篇就回答了三个哲学问题：我是谁？我从哪里来？要到哪里去？而哲学的存在和思辨，还有比这三个问题更难的问题吗？
《黄帝内经》难如天书，并不是能随意解读的。除了用心灵去聆听，去感受，不可能像听相声一样，嬉笑怒骂间，就成了艺术。
但我还是想做这样一场梦，就是希望能通过某种关联，与大家一同探寻一条“知道”之路，如《管子·戒》所言：“闻一言以贯万物，谓之知道。”于是就有了捧在大家手里的这本《走进中医》。
如果您愿意，尽可把这本书当做一个中医在身边读书给您听！也许还不能完全跳过中医经典里的古奥字句，但是后面用生活语言解析的描述，应当会让你有所感悟，哪怕只是一句话而已。
写此文的时候，正是深夜，闭目间我仿佛看见《黄帝内经》的经文，萦绕在灿烂星辰中，俯瞰于人而声震于天：“上古之人，其知道者，法于阴阳，和于术数，食饮有节，起居有常，不妄作劳，故以形与神俱，而尽终其天年，度百岁乃去。”
我和大家一样，不求完全“知道”，也不求百岁长春，唯求生命的尊严。
也许，千百年后，你我早已归于尘土，但是天空中依然激荡一种声音，是圣人的声音，是哲人的声音，是落叶的声音，宛如天籁：中医不灭，薪火不绝。
愿此书，终成落叶，落有梵声，悄然而萧然，在风的飘舞下，落叶归根，零落成泥碾作尘，这是生命的循环，这是对春天的赞叹！
