如今，求职者与职位之间的鸿沟困扰着美国经济，这其中充满了各种“逸事”。对于雇主和求职者来说，有太多看似荒诞的事情，影响着他们现实目标的实现。此外，这个鸿沟还有具体的数据支撑。在这本书里，我将更广泛地研究现有的职场相关数据，深入地探讨这个问题，并提供应对的方法。同时，我将使用数据、我的所见所闻及就业专家的访谈等资料，识破雇主华丽的修辞，来探寻真正的障碍到底在什么地方。
