Book Abstract

商务信函的要求如下：
（1）信息准确，这包括上面已经提到的日期、时间、地址、数量等细节。
（2）清楚明白，所用的词汇要简明易懂，不要模棱两可。
（3）简洁明了，使用的句型要简单紧凑，不要套用长句复杂旬。
（4）提出的要求、告知的事项要具体明确、操作性强，不要含糊其辞。
（5）叙述力求完整，答复尽量全面，使对方清楚。
（6）行文礼貌，语言得体，不卑不亢，不要居高临下地使用命令语气。
（7）切入角度要直截了当，不要拐弯抹角，不要哕嗦，但也不能省略过多。
（8）接到对方来函要求，我方不管能否满足，都应及时答复。
（9）语言规范、语句通顺，正确使用商务术语，尽量遵循三段式或四段式。
1.商务信函汉译英考试要点
信函汉译英部分应当重视两个截然不同的方面：微观上要准确，宏观上要模糊。英语商务信函以信息传递为主，在写作实践中需要仔细、严谨，针对日期、时间、地址、数量、百分比、货币、长度、重量、面积、容积、图表序号等微观细节，应当准确、清楚、简洁、具体、完整、礼貌，注意避免汉化英语。外贸实务中，正是这些细微的方面构成了常见的主要的问题，在备考中要有目的地注意这些方面的训练，在考试中要适当地体现出商务信函的规范化。而在另一方面即我们所谓的“宏观”方面，即有关政治性宣传的、背景性叙述的内容，就可以编译。

进入21世纪以来，我国的高等职业教育领域发生了深刻的变革，确立了“以服务为宗旨，以就业为导向，走产学研结合的发展道路”，明确提出了以培养高技能人才为主要任务的办学目标。
为推进高等职业教育专业课程体系改革，并与教材改革相对滞后现象，21世纪高等职业教育通用教材编委会和上海交通大学出版社携手合作，组织了“高职‘双证课程、加强实训’专业课程体系改革与教材改革”的课题研究，其中，国际商务类专业由上海思博职业技术学院主持完成了双证课程体系改革与教材改革解决方案，并启动该专业的双证教材的编写工作。我们组织了全国60余所高等职业技术院校及有关单位共90多位专家学者编写了这套“21世纪高等职业教育规划教材双证系列（国际商务类）”。
本系列丛书是为了适应高等职业教育教学的需要而编写的，全面系统地讲授了国际货物贸易的规则、惯例与实务操作。
在高职院校推行“双证书制度”，就要将学校的教学计划和职业资格标准有机地结合起来，用职业标准推动学校培养模式和教学内容的改革，在课程系统中嵌入职业标准和职业资格证书的要求——这既是院校实施双证书制度的初衷，也是贯彻落实“双证书制度”的关键。
