经常有人问，“套管位置选在哪里好？”很抱歉，一成不变的套竹位置还真没有。套管位置不仪取决十手术类型，还取决十患者体型、术者偏好和习惯。例如，我们做左肺手术时，喜欢从患者的腹恻操作（图2-1但后肺手术经此入路则小行，我们改为从腹肯两个方向操作。其他术者可能觉得，经别的人路、站在别的位置操作起来更得心应手。因此，我们唯能推荐的是，根据皂者的体型选择第6或第7肋问，在腋中线处插入内镜，以便能看到整个胸腔的全景。
