刘电芝，女，思维心理学硕士，认知心理学博士。现任苏州大学教育学院应用心理学研究所所长、特聘教授、博士生导师。国际社会行为发展研究会（ISSBD）会员、中国心理学会心理学教学工作委员会副主任、全国学校心理学专业委员会常务委员、江苏省心理学会副会长。
主要研究领域为学习策略、教育与心理科研方法和女性研究。1996年以来主持了国家级、部委级等科研课题15项，发表论文140多篇，独撰或主编专著与教材20多部。代表作有《学习策略研究》、《中小学学科学习策略的理论与实践》、《教育与心理研究方法》、《小学数学的学与教策略》等。

Book Abstract

（一）顺序效应
顺序效应（Order Effect）是指由于实验处理按照某种固定顺序进行，而对实验结果产生了影响。
顺序效应发生的前提是，被试在实验中要接受两次及以上的实验处理。例如，要学生完成两套题的测验，以考察做两套题的效果。如果每个班都是先做A套、再做B套，那么顺序效应就产生了。如果是A套效果好，那么有可能是因为A套每次都是先测验，学生头脑清醒，无疲劳因素。如果是B套效果好，那么有可能是由于B套每次都后做，先做的A套对它产生了积极的影响，即发生了“练习效应”。顺序效应时有发生，例如每个人在考试中都有这样的体会，如果一开始就遇到难题，就会心慌意乱，不仅影响该题的解答，还影响后面题的解答。如果一开始解题对路，得心应手，就会很快完卷。
由上可见，如果实验处理总是按照一定的固定顺序，其实验结果往往夹杂有顺序效应的影响。顺序效应的影响有两种形式：一种是促进了对象的进步，如练习效应；另一种的作用相反，是导致对象的退步，如反复重复实验导致的疲劳、厌倦及注意力的分散。因此在实验中，我们必须对顺序效应加以控制。至于如何克服顺序效应，请参考后面的拉丁方设计。
（二）实验者效应
实验者效应也称期望效应（Expectancy Effect）.是指实验主试情感的某种偏向而对实验结果产生了干扰。心理学家罗伯特·罗森塔尔（Robert Rosenthall）作了一系列有说服力的实验来证明实验者效应②。其中一项典型的实验是让选修实验心理学的大学生用老鼠做“跑迷津”实验。做实验的老鼠放在笼子里，笼子上贴有“跑迷津伶俐”和“跑迷津呆笨”的标签。实际上这些老鼠都是从本地种群中取来，随意分配在笼子里的，不存在伶俐和呆笨的差异。但实验结果却反映出老鼠的行为与它们的标签具有一致性，标记为伶俐的老鼠都比那些标记为呆笨的学得快，即实验者的期望影响了实验者对老鼠行为的评价。这种期望效应对人的影响更时有发生。例如，罗森塔尔和雅布各森还以人为对象作过类似的实验③：他们对小学生作了一次所谓的潜力测验，实际上是一般的智力测验。然后随机地各班抽取20%的学生，告诉老师说，这些学生是最有发展潜力的学生，并要求教师注意观察。8个月后，又对全体被试作测查，发现那20%的学生果然较其他进步幅度大。之所以出现这样的结果，是由于教师受了心理学家的暗示，对这些学生产生了莫大期望，学生受了教师情感的激励而向老师期望的目标发展。
