Book Abstract

心得5：吃饭时不要让孩子做其他事情
孩子满两周岁后，妈妈就应该引导孩子乖乖地坐在餐桌前吃饭，不可以一边吃饭一边做其他事情。
在吃饭前，妈妈应将孩子的玩具全部收起来，尽可能排除会引发孩子玩耍的因素。妈妈应尽可能将看电视与吃饭的时间错开，即使到了孩子最喜欢看的动画片的播出时间，宁可让孩子先看完动画片再吃饭，也不能让孩子边吃饭边看电视。当然，这也需要父母能以身作则。
同时，懒妈妈需要要求孩子在一定时间内吃完饭，如果到了规定的吃饭时间孩子还没有把饭吃完，也要把饭菜撤走，让孩子明白，这顿不吃，必须等到下一顿才能吃，从而杜绝孩子吃饭磨蹭的坏习惯。
心得6：让孩子有选择的自由
有些孩子只喜欢吃某几种食物，有些孩子则根本不吃某几种食物，这都是挑食的表现。许多父母都在抱怨孩子太“挑食”，事实上，从某种意义来说，孩子挑食是“自我意识”发展的一种表现，这说明孩子开始学着自己作决定，想按照自己的喜好来选择食物。
当然，从健康的角度来说，过度地挑食是不良的饮食习惯。因此，教孩子均衡地摄取各种食物很重要。
懒妈妈应该允许孩子有一定的选择权，当然，允许选择的范围是孩子不愿意吃的食物。比如，当孩子不喜欢吃某几种食物时，可以让孩子在一天当中挑选一种来吃，也可以让孩子挑选一下怎样烹饪这种食物来吃。
