一、护理管理的对象
1.人人是指从事护理工作的各层次人员，他们是护理管理中最主要的因素，也是最重要的内容及核心。传统人的管理内容主要是护理人员的选择、聘任、培养、考核、晋升等方面，现代人的管理内容除上述方面外已经延伸到护理人员的开发、利用和职业生涯的规划，以达到人尽其才，才尽其用，用人所长的最高效能管理。
2.财财是人类基本生活及进行交往的基础，是一个组织在一定时期内所掌握和能支配的物质资料的价值体现。而护理管理中对财的管理则主要指对护理工作的效率和效益的管理，以达到用最少的财力投入取得最好的社会效益和经济效益。
3.物物是指组织的设备、材料、仪器、技术、能源等有形的资产和无形资产的总称。护理管理中就是要遵循保障供应、合理分配、物尽其用、检测维修、避免浪费、资源共享的原则，以达到提高和保障其使用率及利用率。
4.时间时间是物质存在的一种客观形式，是一种特殊的、珍贵的、有价值的无形资源，它没有弹性和替代品，是由过去、现在和将来构成连绵不断的系统。在护理管理中要通过善于管理时间和合理安排时间，以保证护理工作的有效落实及患者获得最大利益。
5.信息信息是管理的基本工具，是管理活动的媒介，也是提高管理效能的关键，它包括管理活动中的各种数据、资料、情报等。护理管理中要根据实现组织目标的要求，建立完善高效、畅通的信息系统，通过广泛和及时收集信息、利用和开发信息、分析和处理信息、准确和迅速的传递信息，保证护理工作的有效运行。

Introduction

近年来，随着护理学专业的迅速发展，全日制护理学专业教材建设得到了长足的进步，教材体系日益完善，品种迅速增多，质量逐渐提高。然而，针对成人高等教育护理学专业，能够充分体现以教师为主导、以学生为主体，方便学生自学的教材，可供选择的并不多。根据教育部《关于普通高等教育教材建设与改革的意见》的精神，为了进一步提高成人高等教育护理学专业教材的质量，更好地把握21世纪成人高等教育护理学内容和课程体系的改革方向，以中国医科大学为主，聘请北京大学、复旦大学、中山大学和沈阳医学院等单位的专家编写本套教材，由上海科学技术出版社出版。
本套教材编排新颖，版式紧凑，层次清晰，结构合理。每章由三大部分组成：第一部分是导学，告知学生本章需要掌握的内容和重点难点，以方便教师教学和学生有目的地学习相关内容；第二部分是具体教学内容，力求体现科学性、适用性和易读性的特点；第三部分是复习题，便于学生课后复习，其中选择题和判断题的参考答案附于书后。
本套教材的使用对象主要为护理学专业的高起本、高起专和专升本三个层次的学生。其中，对高起本和专升本层次的学习要求相同，对高起专层次的学习要求在每章导学部分予以说明。本套教材中的一些基础课程也适用于其他相关医学专业。
