LAM SHENG KEE YANG SHENG YUAN Small Rice or Glutinous Millet is produced under the watchful eyes of professionals with traditional growing methods. Millet is more than just an interesting alternative to the more common grains, it as a good source of some very important nutrients, including copper, manganese, phosphorus, and magnesium.
Place in a saucepan, add water, oil and salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until all water has been absorbed. Turn off heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff millet with a fork and serve.
