Author Description

刘剑锋，医学博士，主任医师，中国中医科学研究员、民间传统医药研究室主任。1988年首创气色形态手诊法，1991年发表其研究专著：《观手知病——气色形态手诊法精要》；1922年首次明确提出手诊概念及分类，并发表研究专著《手诊》。1991年至1995年与《健康》杂志社开展全国手诊函授，参加人数6000多人。1997年出版集大成的《观手知病——气色形态手诊法自修教程》。2001年被《中华人民共和国中医年鉴.20世纪珍藏版》列为百名中医人物第五位。2002年，发起、成立了首个国家级手诊手疗专业委员会，经卫生部、民政部批准，并任主任委员至今。2004年主持国家中医药管理局第一个手诊临床科研专项。2005年，气色形态手诊被国家中医药管理局列为科技推广项目。2009年主持国家中医药管理局首批（11个）中医养生保健技术标准的制定工作，并在2010年12月向国内外发布，气色形态手诊被发布为国家行业标准。
世界中医药学会联合会中医特色诊疗研究专员委员会创始人、常务副会长兼秘书长，中国老年保健医学研究会中国保健技术分会主任委员，国家自然科学基金同行评议专家等职。
长期致力于传统民间中医药及中医传统特色诊疗技术的文献、临床、实验、标准化等研究与技术转化工作，主张重视传统中医及民间中医的实践，力主用现代科学技术研究中医。是手诊、中医特色诊疗、中医养生保健技术标准化、传统民间中医药研究等领域的国内外公认的领军人物。主持国家级、局级、院级课题11项，出版专著15部，发表论文37篇。

胃病可以分为2种，一种是功能性的胃病，患者自己有明显的感觉，但是到医
院检查却又检查不出来。功能性胃病常见于年轻人，通常也有明确的诱因，比如食物刺激、饮酒过量等。另外一种是器质性的胃病，到医院通过仪器能够检查出明确的病灶，比如说胃炎、胃溃疡等，还有大家比较害怕的胃癌。
在中国，发病率排在前六位的恶性肿瘤中，有4个都在消化道，分别是食道、胃、肝和结肠。尤其是胃和食道的结合处，就是胃的上口这更容易发生恶性肿瘤。
这里要普及一个医学常识，我们的胃部是没有神经的，那靠什么来判断有没有异常呢，主要是靠我们自己的感觉，大多数人感觉到胃不舒服了，才会去看医生。医生通常第一句话也是问“哪儿不舒服，”这就是目前最常见的医疗模式，医生和患者都把症状作为判断疾病的标准。但是这个标准实际上是靠不住的。
大家可能不知道，越是大病、要命的病，往往在早期患者都没有感觉；越小的病，反而早期症状比较明显。
