作者介紹闕又上

闕又上先生1957年生於台灣，1985年赴美，現任美國又上成長基金操盤手和總經理，過去的投資管理生涯中，歷經了幾次重大股災和美股失落十年的挫敗，特別是2008年金融海嘯幾乎被打趴在地上，失敗後再成功的經驗彌足珍貴，他是敗部逆轉勝的見證者，除了投資管理人(Fund Manager)這個專業以外，他同時也是擁有25年實務經驗的財務規劃師(CFP)。

1990年在美國創立又上財務規劃管理公司，10年後成立了少數華人在美國立案的共同基金，成立初衷是有感于「華爾街不缺資金，但卻東方人面孔」，他希望在異國的不同領域都有華人經過努力和奮鬥，交出一番成績，25年後路透社對他做了報導，標題是「無名小子如何擊敗華爾街」(How a little-known stock picker beat Wall Street)。

除股市外，闕先生在人生道路上也有困頓挫敗的經歷，因而獲得人生整體財富的體悟，他的心願是藉由寫書，能夠推廣正確投資的教育，進而幫助更多的人早日達到財務自由，並瞭解除了有形的財富，家庭、健康、朋友以及心靈，追求人生這五個球的整體均衡才是真正的財富。
