Author Description

孙云晓，1955年2月8日生于山东青岛一个工人家庭。1966年冬天，因偶然机会读了一批文学名著，文学梦至今未醒。1972年，经师范学校短暂培训，年仅17岁即当小学教师。1974年在《青岛日报》发表儿童诗，也是首次发表文学作品。1978年被选派到中央团校学习，结业后调入《中国少年报》担任编辑和记者。1980年，第一篇报告文学在《儿童时代》发表。1986年，《“邪门大队长”的冤屈》在《儿童文学》发表，受到高度评价。1987年调入中国青少年研究中心工作。1988年，孙云晓少年报告文学创作研讨会在北京举行。同年加入中国作家协会。以创作报告文学为主，也尝试着创作了一些长篇小说和电视剧，如《金猴小队》等。1993年发表报告文学《夏令营中的较量》震撼全国，引发热烈持久的教育大讨论，推动了教育改革。
现为中国青少年研究中心研究员、副主任。中国青少年研究中心少年儿章研究所所长，副研究员。自从事少年儿章研究工作以来，任各期刊杂志发表教育文章400余篇，先后主持了“多元文化与青少年的成长”课题，出版了《体验成长——青少年民宿地球村》（副主编）；主持“少年儿童行为习惯与人格的关系研究”课题，出版了《儿章教育就是培养妤习惯》（副主编）、《良好习惯缔造健康人格》（副主编）、《培养幼儿好习惯》（主编）、《小学生的21个好习惯》（主编）；主持了中闰城市少年儿童生活习惯研究课题，出版了《孩子健康生活的6个要领》（主编）。

Book Abstract

陈元升入初中以后，因参加华罗庚数学竞赛获得全国三等奖和长沙市二等奖，被长沙市第一中学录取。同时，她还参加了湖南师范大学附属中学超常班的选拔考试，并在1000多个考生中考进了前40名，取得了升人附中的资格。
长沙一中是湖南省的重点学校。每年小学升初中、初中升高中的考试，一中都是考生竞争最激烈的一所学校。而湖南师范大学附中超常班毕业的学生一般都会升人重点大学的少年班，其中一些学生还登过报纸、上过电视，被誉为“神童”、“天才”。超常班的学生还可以不参加中考直接升入高中，这很有诱惑力。
两所重点中学，究竟上哪一个？这让全家犯了难。
为了做出选择，陈小放在征求了父母及其亲朋好友的意见的同时，还同陈元的妈妈一起按设定的时间，一连几天，早上从家里出发，坐公共汽车到两所学校去，仔细计算路上所需要的时间，查看不同线路汽车的拥挤程度，想得到一个最佳的答案。
尽管他们如此细心地考察了两所学校的方方面面，但是却依然难以取舍。毕竟，两所学校都有很大的吸引力。后来，当陈小放得知附中超常班不分初高中，通常用4年或5年时间一口气学完中学的全部课程时，他几乎在一秒钟之内就做出了选择！陈小放想：用那么短的时间学完别人需要学6年的课程，会快乐吗？不会！因此，必须放弃上超常班。
后来，陈小放说：“人的年龄不同，快乐也会不同。10岁的时候应该有10岁时候的快乐，20岁的时候应该有20岁时候的快乐。这种天赋的快乐，无论任何理由都不能被剥夺。我不想让陈元过早地经历一些事情，我只想让她正常地成长。”“如果一个孩子生活得快乐、健康，他的未来就会是光明的。”
做出这个选择是艰难的，但也是睿智的。做出这样一个选择，父亲陈小放起了至关重要的作用。
在陈元后来的成长过程中，陈小放始终坚持这个教育原则，坚持以快乐、健康作为培养孩子的重要方针。许多人家都让孩子学钢琴，陈小放也曾眼热过。但是，他怕因此而给孩子带来痛苦。经过反复考虑，家里决定先买个电子琴让陈元学，如果陈元喜欢，再向钢琴发展。学了几个月，陈元并没有表现出特别的兴趣，这项计划就被放弃了。陈小放说：“我们也想过让她学钢琴。但我曾在一个朋友家里看到一个孩子练手风琴，做爸爸的拿着尺子在一旁盯着，哪个手指错了就打哪个手指，打得很准，两个人都哭丧着脸。当时我就想，要是陈元学钢琴也变成这个样子，我们和孩子都会很痛苦的。”
陈小放喜欢集邮，他也很想让陈元接触。他觉得邮票背后有很多故事，还能学到知识，也不会像学钢琴那么累。可陈元毫无兴趣，她把本来很珍贵的四方联撕成单张，把好邮票揉成一团然后扯烂……陈小放说：“孩子的喜好和大人想的相差太远了。所以我们不能用自己的脑袋代替孩子去思考。孩子不感兴趣的，就不要勉强；孩子感兴趣的，就要积极引导和帮助。我认识一个孩子，喜欢看漫画书，自己画得也很好，但学习不好，他家里就对他不管不问。其实完全可以引导他在画画上发展呀。一个小兴趣发展下去，很可能就会做出大事情来。”
陈小放豁达的教育理念造就了陈元快乐的童年。陈元从6岁开始就迷上了电子游戏。《冒险岛》、《魂斗罗》、《沙罗曼蛇》、《七宝奇谋》、《明星志愿》、《侠客英雄传》、《仙剑奇缘》、《古墓丽影》……这些游戏陈元都玩过，还常常为了游戏当中的一处难关而苦思冥想。不仅如此，陈小放还和女儿一起玩游戏，有时还会进行比赛。陈元感谢父亲的信任。她觉得自己不能辜负父母的期望，因此更加认真地完成作业，按时上床睡觉。因为玩电子游戏，他们家的电脑拆了又装，装了又拆……陈元不仅成了玩电子游戏的高手，对电脑也有了更深入的了解。
父母的鼓励不仅使陈元在学习上成绩优秀，同时还发展了很多“旁门左道”的爱好：看动画片，看漫画书，读金庸武侠小说……据她自己说，最迷漫画书的时候，她一天最起码要租两本，周末要租6本，就是参加奥林匹克竞赛国家集训队时也不例外。
陈小放的观点是：从小事出发，把每一件小事都认真做好并且做到最好，就可能做出大事来；从兴趣出发，尊重、鼓励和培养孩子的兴趣，才能激发孩子的积极性、主动性、创造性。否则，再聪明的孩子，也很难展现出才华来。
