Introduction

前 言

医学心理学是一门医学与心理学交叉的学科，而康复心理学又是医学心理学的一个分支。医学模式的转变及健康概念的改变，人们对健康需求的提高，使得对医学生进行医学心理学教育的迫切性和必要性也日益受到重视，目前，医学心理学已被列为全国大部分医学院校医学生的必修课程。近年来，医学心理学发展较快，新理论、新方法不断涌现，研究范围不断扩大，出版的教材和书籍较多。但是，在国内高等院校的教育中，将康复心理学作为一个独立的学科还是空白。我们根据康复医学的特点，在国内首次编写了《康复心理学》这本教材，将教学重点着眼于使学生掌握现代医学模式的特征，了解心理社会因素与疾病的发生、发展、康复、转归之间的相互作用，了解残疾人的心理特征，了解康复治疗手段对康复对象心理的影响，真正把我们服务的对象看成是人，而不仅仅是残疾，用全面、整体的观点看待和服务于患者，并为他们提供个性化的康复计划，促进其全面康复，维护健康。使患者真正地回归家庭、回归社会，真正地提高生活质量。

本教材的编写以国家教育部有关教材编写的思想性、科学性、先进性、启发性和实用性为基本原则，力求科学严谨、简明扼要、可理解性强，注重理论联系实际，强调实用性和对临床工作的指导性。因此，同样适合医务工作者的继续教育以及综合性医院的广大临床医生、治疗师等阅读、参考。

本教材的编写得到了南京医科大学、江苏省人民医院、南京医科大学脑科医院及南京医科大学第一临床医学院有关领导的关心和支持，编者在此表示衷心地感谢。在编写过程中曾参阅的有关专家、学者的著作和文献，均以参考文献的方式列于书后，在此向作者一并致谢。对在编写过程中曾经给予我们帮助的其他同志，也表示衷心感谢。
