第二节学校管理心理学的体系
一、学校管理心理学的研究对象确定研究对象就是划定“疆土（论域）”，以便建造理论大厦。在业已流行的学校管理心理学教材中，在“研究对象”的描述上值得进一步推敲的地方大体有三：一是把“研究对象”与“学科性质、功能”等同起来。如“学校管理心理学是研究学校组织中的心理现象及其规律，为有效管理学校，充分发挥学校组织效率的一门应用科学”①。二是罗列具体内容，缺乏必要的抽象。例如“学校管理心理学的研究对象是学校领导者实施管理职能，协调学校成员之间的人际关系，调动人的积极性，实现预定目标过程中的心理现象及其发展变化的客观规律”。三是范围过于狭窄。例如“学校管理心理学要研究学校管理中‘人的因素’，以人的工作行为和科学的行为激励为中心，具体分析学生、教职工和学校领导者在学校工作中的心理行为规律……”很明显，学校管理心理学仅仅研究“工作行为”和“学校工作中的心理行为规律”是不够的，还必须研究学校非正式群体的非工作范畴的心理现象等。

有鉴于此，笔者以为学校管理心理学是从研究学校管理心理现象入手，揭示学校管理心理规律的科学。简而言之，学校管理心理学的研究对象是学校管理心理现象与规律，它与相关学科的研究对象是有区别的。具体来说，有三个“侧重”。
（一）侧重“心理”研究
侧重“心理”研究，是指研究学校管理的“心理”现象与规律，而不研究“学校管理”本身，从而划清了与学校管理学的界限。学校管理心理学与学校管理学有密切的联系。
