Author Description

陈孝文教授、主任医师，博士研究生导师，《中国中西医结合肾病杂志》总编辑、《中国实用内科杂志》顾问、国际肾脏病学会会员、广东省医学会资深专家委员会副主任委员、广东省老教授协会医学专家委员会副会长、中国中西医结合肾脏病委员会委员、广东省肾脏病学会顾问、湛江医学会会长等。历任中华医学会理事、广东省医学会常务理事、中华医院管理学会常务理事、广东省医院管理学会副会长及广东医学院附属医院肾内科主任、广东医学院副院长兼广东医学院附属医院院长（1992-2002年）、广东医学院肾脏病研究所所长等职。曾于1989年赴美国加州大学医学院肾脏病中心做高级访问学者2年，从事肾脏病内分泌学研究，研究成果多次在国际肾脏病学术会议交流。从事肾脏病临床及基础研究近40年，对肾脏疾病的诊断和治疗具有丰富的经验，并获得了极为丰硕的研究成果，主持并已完成省级和厅、局级课题10多项。在《American. Journalof Physiology》以及《中华医学杂志（英文版）》等国际及国内著名医学专业刊物发表学术论文100余篇，共获省级及市级科技成果奖8项；著有70多万字的《肾内分泌学》、50多万字的《急性肾功能衰竭》及100万字的《慢性肾衰竭》专著各一部，是国内肾脏病知名学者之一。享受“国务院政府特殊津贴”，荣获“广东省有突出贡献专家”称号，并于1995年、1999年两次被评为“全国医院优秀院长”。刘华锋博士、教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。广东省高校第五批“千百十工程”省级培养对象。现任广东医学院肾病研究所副所长、广东医学院附属医院肾病内科副主任、科研部部长等职。兼任湛江市医学会肾病分会主任委员和《中国中西医结合肾病杂志》编委、广东省医师协会肾病分会委员等学术职务。长期在肾脏病临床及科研一线工作。2005～2006年曾于香港大学医学院玛丽医院肾内科研修1年。一直密切关注本领域最新的研究成果，掌握各种肾脏疾病的前沿进展，并在长期临床实践中积累了较丰富的诊疗经验。一直在肾小球免疫病理学及肾小管。问质损伤的机制和防治方面开展研究工作，承担了国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、广东省科技攻关项目、广东省卫生厅科研基金、广东省教育厅科研基金、广东省中医药局科研基金和湛江市科技招标项目等10多项科研项目；在《Nephrology》、《Acta Pharmacologica.Sinica》、《中华肾脏病杂志》、《中华风湿病学杂志》、《中华微生物学与免疫学杂志》等国内外医学期刊发表论文百余篇。研究成果曾获2004年湛江市科技进步一等奖和2005年广东省科学技术奖三等奖（第一完成人）。此外，与本书第一主编陈孝文教授共同主编了100万字的《慢性肾衰竭》。至今，已培养硕士研究生16名，协助指导硕士研究生、博士研究生共30余名。
