编前会在下午5点结束了，现在所有的报道范围都被充分关注，报道也写了出来，照片和图表也己挑选出来，还有一些照片被挑选出来放在网站的图片库里。但是，更多的编辑刚刚到达《观察家电讯报》接替下班的同事，这一晚他们将过得很好。如同日班同事的工作一样，他们的努力对次日晨版的报纸的成功起着至关重要的作用。而且，这些后来者——报纸的审稿编辑们，将在严格的截稿时问压力下工作。
