《中国房地产研究丛书2011年（第1卷）：工业化、城市化与农村转型》试图通过漴缺村这一典型个案，揭示我国和上海工业化、城市化进程中所暴露出来的问题，并试图通过对这些问题的背景分析，探索上海农村社会经济转型的新路。课题组走访了上海铁路局、上海规土局、上海房管局、上海电力公司等相关部门，同时对松江新桥镇、佘山镇、青浦香花桥街道办事处等地进行农村土地利用和集体经济的专题调研，与松江区常务副区长王军，佘山镇党委书记姚建峰、镇长陈永明，青浦香花桥街道办事处党委书记周亚军、主任陈瑜，上海漕河泾开发区松江高科技园发展有限公司董事长王振富等地方领导进行深入的交流和探讨，并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议。
