A股股票募集资金净额是指上市公司按照《招（配）股说明书》的有关承诺公开发行A股股票所筹集的资金额，反映A股股票市场的发展状况，从而反映了地区资本市场的发展状况。3.1.2经济成长性指数衡量指标城市的经济成长性主要是指城市经济可持续增长的基础、空间、潜力和可能性。本书选择国际通用的衡量城市经济发展水平和经济实力的指标——国内生产总值（简称GDP）。需要注意的是GDP并不反映宏观经济的结构、模式等更深层次的状况，因此，本书又加入了财政收入、社会固定资产投资及社会消费品零售总额等相关指标，以其增长额来综合反映中原经济区各地区的经济成长性。
1.GDP年增长额
CDP年增长额②是指特定时期的国民经济相对于另一个时点的增长量，它是衡量一个地区经济增长速度的统计指标，通过该指标可以直观地看到中原经济区各地区宏观经济的运行状况。GDP增长越快表明该地区经济发展越快，增长越慢表明该地区经济发展越慢，GDP负增长表明该地区经济陷入衰退。
2.财政收入年增长额
地方财政收入，是指地方政府为履行其职能、实施公共政策和提供公共物品与服务而需要筹集的一切资金的总和。财政收入是国家或地区经济发展的晴雨表，也是政府进行宏观调控的基础。财政收入增长的幅度，即财政收入年增长额越大，表示该地区的经济发展越快。
3.社会固定资产投资年增长额
固定资产投资额是以货币表现的城镇和农村各种登记注册类型的企业、事业、行政单位及城镇个体户进行的计划总投资（或实际需要总投资）500万元及以上的建设项目投资和房地产开发投资。它是反映社会固定资产投资规模、速度、比例关系和使用方向的综合性指标。固定资产投资年增长额表征的是固定资产投资相比于基期增加的货币量。
4.社会消费品零售总额年增长额
社会消费品零售总额是指各种经济类型的批发零售贸易业、餐饮业、制造业和其他行业对城乡居民和社会集团的消费品零售额和农民对非农业居民零售额的总和，包括售给城乡居民用于生活消费的商品（不包括住房）和售给机关、团体、部队、学校、企业、事业单位和城市街道居民委员会、农村村民委员会用公款购买的非生产、非经营使用的消费品。社会消费品零售总额年增长额反映的是通过各种商品流通渠道向居民和社会集团供应的生活消费品的增长情况，是研究人民生活、社会消费品购买力、货币流通等问题的重要指标。
3.1.3城市创新成长性指数衡量指标一个城市的经济增长离不开高新技术产业的开发和利用，其创新能力决定了其经济成长性，而创新能力又要有一定的后备基础作支撑，为此本书选取政府研发经费支出年增长额和研发人员年增加量这两个指标来衡量各城市的创新能力的基础。另外，由于新产品销售收入是高新技术企业研发成果对于市场需求满足程度最直接的表征，因此这里选取新产品销售收入年增长额来衡量各城市当年的创新产出水平。
1.政府研发经费支出年增长额
政府研发经费内部支出是指调查单位用于内部开展研发活动（基础研究、应用研究和试验发展）的实际支出。包括用于研发项目（课题）活动的直接支出，间接用于研发活动的管理费、服务费，以及与研发有关的基本建设支出等。不包括生产性活动支出、归还贷款支出以及与外单位合作或委托外单位进行研发活动而转拨给对方的经费支出。其中来自各级政府部门的各类资金，包括财政科学技术拨款、科学基金、教育等部门事业费以及政府部门预算外资金的实际支出就构成了政府研发经费支出，当期比基期增加的经费支出就是其增长额。
