综合开发研究院（中国·深圳），是在党中央、国务院的倡导下，顺应中国改革开放发展的形势和需要，由马洪、李灏、蒋一苇、陈锦华、高尚全、林凌、纪中等116位经济学家、企业家和社会活动家，自愿联合、共同发起，于1989年2月在深圳经济特区创办的国内**家综合性、政策性、全国性的新型智库，2015年入选首批25家国家高端智库建设试点单位。
