Book Abstract

1.保证经济学人才培养目标的实现。人才培养目标是构建课程体系的出发点和归属点，不同的培养目标的课程体系构架是不一样的。根据我们制定的人才培养方案，经济学专业人才培养的目标定位应该是“应用型”的人才，也就是培养应用型高级经济管理人才。应用型高级经济管理人才的培养，应当突出实验教学环节，因此研究经济学实验课程体系的构建问题是十分必要的。研究发现，经济学人才的市场需求结构发生了变化：市场需要毕业生既能够做实际工作，如从事营销、文秘、管理、会计等具体工作，同时又希望这些人在必要的时候能够撰写经济分析研究报告。也就是说，用人单位普遍需要具备“既能做又能写”的双重能力的应用型人才。这种人才的市场供需矛盾特别突出。然而经济学专业的老培养模式着重于培养宏观理论型或者研究型人才，它根本不能满足“既能做又能写”的要求。另外，老的培养模式所培养的写作能力也存在着一些缺陷，例如，实证分析能力比较差，不能充分利用现代分析工具及方法手段进行分析论证，导致学生很少能撰写出具有一定深度的经济分析研究报告。我们认为，经济学专业传统的人才培养模式所存在的缺陷，正是我们培养“应用型经济学人才”的突破口。因此，经济学专业的课程体系就应当围绕着培养“既能做又能写”的应用型人才这一目标去探索。在设置课程体系时，除了保证必要的传统基础理论课程体系之外，应当加强实践教学环节，认真设置好经济学实验课程体系，以保证经济学专业人才培养目标的实现。
2.满足提高经济学人才素质的需要。人的基本素质是在先天的基础上，通过后天的教育，在实践中潜移默化不断形成的。经济学应用型人才大体上应当具有四个方面的基本素质——品德、心理、创新和协调。首先是品德素质，品德是指人的品质，是做人的基本准则。作为高校的学生，要树立远大的理想目标，毕业后无论是继续深造也好，或者是从此开始走上实际工作岗位也好，乃至设计自己的未来前途也好，都必须要有远大的抱负，否则就会迷失前进的方向。

随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入，经济社会对应用型人才的需要越来越迫切。这对高等学校的人才培养提出了更高的要求，高等学校不但要培养具有一定理论基础的人才，而且要培养应用能力强的人才。为了解决这个问题，各高等院校纷纷开设了实验课程。财经类院校也不例外，在人才培养方案上加强了实验课程开设力度，以弥补过去在能力和素质培养方面的缺陷。经济学专业具有理论性比较强的特点，这给开设实验课程增加了不少难度。我们通过多年的教学实践，初步形成了经济学实验课程的基本框架，《经济学验证性实验教程》就是我们教学实践的成果之一，它成为了“十一五”期间广西高等学校第一批优秀教材立项项目。《经济学验证性实验教程》按照“西方经济学”、“政治经济学”、“产业经济学”、“区域经济学”、“制度经济学”、“行为经济学”、“国际经济学”等经济学专业的主干课程分别设计若干实验项目，教师可以根据实际情况选择有关实验项目开展随堂实验和课后实验，以加强学生对经济学相关知识的理解。
本教程具有以下特征：
