Author Description

于光远（1915-2013），当代中国体制改革中思想理论界的重要代表人物，著名经济学家、哲学家。于光远1936年毕业于清华大学物理系。他对经济问题的关注最早可追溯到延安时期对绥德、米脂土地问题的调查研究；20世纪50年代开始致力于政治经济学社会主义部分的研究；他主持编写的《政治经济学教科书》在国内产生了广泛影响。1954年当选为中国科学院哲学社会科学学部委员。 “文革”期间中被下放到干校劳动。1975年恢复工作，任国务院政治研究室负责人之一，并开始研究社会主义体制改革问题。1977年，他牵头组建国家计委经济研究所并任第一任所长，次年任中国社会科学院副院长兼任国家科委副主任。从1977年开始到1980年代初，他组织推动了对思想解放产生重要影响的有关按劳分配、所有制改革、生产力标准、社会主义生产目的、社会主义发展阶段等问题的讨论。此后，对社会主义经济体制改革的深化、对社会主义初级阶段理论、对市场经济体制长期进行了多年研究。他还对经济学各分支学科的发展、经济建设实践活动、经济学研究团体的组建和发展，发表过许多见解。于光远以其丰富的学识被誉为百科全书式的学者，除经济学之外，还涉及哲学、政治学、社会学、教育学、中共党史等诸多领域的研究，并写了相当数量的散文随笔，一生著述近百部。

什么叫生存? 讲白了就是活着,而且要健康地活着.人要有生存资料,就是要健康地活着.生存的反面是死亡,死亡了的人当然谈不上生存两个字,患有严重疾病的人也不能说是健康地活着.这里在“病”这个字前面冠以“严重”二字是必不可少的.道理谁都明白, “病”有轻有重.很轻的病,用不着药物和治疗就会好,这叫作自愈.很重的病,病入膏肓时,药物和治疗带有死马当活马医的性质.有的病是不治之症,药物和治疗的目的是延长寿命或减轻痛苦.有的病进行不进行治疗一个样.残疾如果算作病的话,大多就是这样. “植物人”这个中国名词起得好.人本来是动物.动物人才是真正的人.植物人,严格说来已经不能说是人.对植物人,说不上药物和治疗.有的病,药物和治疗对于那个人的生死是带决定性的.“病”还有器质性的和功能性的区别.把药物和治疗作为生存资料,当人健康的时候,可以不用,最好不用.但是健康人为了预防疾病,没有生病之前,有时也服药打针,需要药物和医疗劳务.预防疾病有两方面的事情:一是定期检查,有病早发现、早治疗;二是预防疾病,就要提高这个人自身抵抗疾病的能力,或者说提高免疫力.要做到这一点,一是锻炼身体,二是使用药物,包括吃补药、打补针.可是疾病是不能完全避免的.一个人总会生病,总会需要药物和治疗这种生存资料.因此除了上节写的食物、衣着、住房、交通工具、能源五类外,医药属于重要生存资料是没有任何问题的.总而言之,药物和治疗作为生存资料,是一个微妙的问题.在恩格斯对生活资料的三分法中,生存资料同享受资料是并提的两种.现在我想提一个问题:药物和治疗能不能成为享受资料? 问题是这样提出的:一个人,他的社会地位很高,或者很有钱,他可以吃到好药;进好医院;治疗及时;他生病能够得到特别好的护理;他可以在许多许多方面得到优待.但是生病、吃药、打针输液、动手术,怎么说,似乎都不能说是享受.
