Author Description

吴效民，女，口腔医学博士，中国医学科学院北京协和医院口腔科主任医师，硕士研究生导师，北京口腔医学会口腔修复专业委员会常委。
1995年毕业于北京大学医学部口腔医学院，并获博士学位。同年就职于北京协和医院口腔科，从事口腔临床、教学、科研工作至今，具有丰富的临床经验和坚实的理论基础，特别是在口腔各种固定、活动修复、口腔美容修复、精密附着体的应用及咬合重建等方面有专长，受到患者的欢迎和好评。已发表相关论文30余篇，承担并完成多项研究课题，并参与了《协和家庭医疗保健全书》的编写工作。

《口腔常见疾病296个怎么办（第2版）》：
26.什么样的牙齿易患龋齿？
每个人有28～32颗牙齿，但是它们发生龋齿的机会是不一样的。龋齿的发病不分种族、地区、年龄、性别。无论乳牙或恒牙，萌出后不久即可发生龋齿。龋齿发病最活跃的年龄阶段是11～19岁，此期发病率最高；成年时期的发病比较稳定；老年时期发病率又有所升高。因此，对青少年来说，养成良好的口腔卫生习惯，预防龋病的发生更是至关重要的。
不同牙齿和不同牙面在不同时期对龋的易感性不同。乳磨牙和恒磨牙患龋齿的机会最多，其次是双尖牙。因为这些牙的沟窝较多，更容易贮存食物的残渣和细菌。牙齿的咬合面窝沟最易患龋，其次是邻面和牙颈部。不同牙面对龋的易感性随年龄而变化。少年时期咬合面龋的易感性最高，成年以后咬合面龋的易感性有所降低，但邻面龋的易感性相对升高。龋齿患病还有上颌牙比下颌牙更易患龋和两侧对称性的特点。
另外，牙齿排列不整齐、拥挤、重叠，容易产生不易清洁的间隙，有利于龋病的发生。因为这些地方容易积存食物和细菌，也就容易产生龋齿。因此，牙列不齐的人更应该认真刷牙，并结合牙线等专用工具，保持良好的口腔卫生状态。
