Book Abstract

什么是期权
2015年2月9日，我国证券市场上诞生了一位新成员——股票期权。那么究竟什么是期权呢？
首先，我们从咬文嚼字开始，来看看期权这两个字分别是什么意思？顾名思义，期就是未来的意思，权则是权利的意思，所以期权两个字合在一起就代表未来的权利。
大家在一开始，不用把期权想的太复杂，就把它想作是一份保险。股票期权就好比是投资股票的保险，期权的买方就相当于投保人，期权的卖方呢，就相当于保险公司。
?投保人买了车险，支付一笔保险费，就能在未来保险期内，当爱车发生了事故时，有权向保险公司索赔。这正如股票期权的买方，在买入期权支付一笔权利金（也就是保险费）给期权的卖方后，就获得了补偿未来股价下跌（或卖空后上涨）损失的权利。
?保险公司收取了保费后，当投保人所保的标的遇到了状况，合理要求索赔时，保险公司就必须无条件地履行赔偿义务，这就像期权卖方，一开始先收取一笔权利金（保费），如果期间内意外发生了，买方行权了权利，卖方则需要无条件履行义务。
现在，我们可以知道，期权买卖双方的关系，就好比投保人与保险公司之间的关系。希望大家在第一次学习期权的时候，就能牢记这一点。
认购期权与认沽期权
接着，我们来看看现实生活中关于期权的两个例子，帮助我们理解期权的两种基本类型：认购期权和认沽期权。
那么什么是认购期权呢？认购期权其实就是拥有未来买入某个东西的权利。
香港房地产市场以前有一个名词叫楼花。楼花的发行人往往是房地产商，他们为圈定客户发售楼花这一产品，规定楼花的买方只需支付一笔定金，比如说10万，就能锁定房子在未来某时刻（比如一年后）的买入价格（比如300万）。

大家试想一下，如果这栋房子的价格在一年后涨到350万，楼花的买方就会行使权利，依然按300万来购买这栋房子，对买方来说是划算的。如果这个房子的价格一年后跌到200万，楼花的买方就不会行权了，因为几乎没有人会愿意以300万的价格买入市价只有200万的房子。但需要注意的是，即使楼花买方不买这栋房子，这10万的定金也是不会退回的。这就是认购期权在现实中的例子，花一笔权利金（本例中是10万）锁定了未来的买入价（本例中是300万）。
那么，什么是认沽期权呢？认沽期权其实就是拥有未来卖出某个东西的权利。
现实中同样有实例。政府有时会向农民伯伯公布粮食最低收购价，而这就是政府免费赠送给农民伯伯的认沽期权。比如，政府规定今年以每斤3元的单价收购农民手中的小麦。我们试想一下，如果三个月后小麦市场需求非常旺盛，市价达到每斤5元，农民伯伯自然就会把小麦卖给市场上的客户。但是，如果市场低迷，市价低于3元（比如2.5元），那么农民就可以按3元的价格把小麦卖给政府，从而锁定了每斤最低3元的卖出价。这就是认沽期权在现实中的例子。

3小时如果您愿意花上3个小时学习，您可以略去每讲之后的自测题、第六讲至第八讲的“延伸阅读”部分和“期权活用七字诀”等附录内容。
1小时如果您只愿意花1个小时，那么只需要学习第一讲至第三讲，就能掌握期权基础知识和最基本的交易策略。如果您阅读速度较快的话，可以进一步学习第四讲。
6小时如果您愿意花上更多的时间，比如5、6个小时，那么恭喜您，您距离成为期权交易专家就不远了。我们建议您学完每一讲后（先跳过“延伸阅读”部分），做一下自测题（做错了就温习一下不熟悉的内容），接着看“延伸阅读”部分，之后学习下一讲。九讲学完后，再花上半个小时，阅读附录中的“期权活用七字诀”，进一步加深对期权交易策略的理解。
缘起
2013年夏天，为配合上海证券交易所股票期权产品开发，夯实我国期权市场投资者基础，我们在传统的培训资料之外，另辟蹊径，推出了“期权投资之独孤九剑”和“期权活用七字诀”两项推广材料，寓教于乐，化繁为简，将复杂的期权交易策略熔为短短几句口诀。之后，我们在此基础上，编写了针对券商、期货公司投资顾问的“期权策略顾问培训”和面向广大投资者的“期权讲堂”的讲义，市场反响热烈。
现在，为让更多的投资者更快地学好期权这一现代金融工具，我们结合过去两年来两百多场期权培训的心得和体会，对培训讲义进行了修改和完善，撰写了这本《3小时快学期权》的小书，相信本书有助于在我国培养出一大批合格的期权投资者。
本书由上海证券交易所衍生品部经验丰富的讲师撰写。刘逖提出写作创意，明确撰写体例和风格，并负责最终修改定稿。余力、张文婷、竺旭东撰写了大部分文字材料，朱鋐瑛、辛晨晨、朱为玉、张雨露绘制了书中的插图。司徒大年、万建强、陈新峰、王琳琳参加了大量讨论，并提出了许多有益的修改建议。
