（2）处理：一般在切除后仅有少量渗血可不做处理，随访观察，如出血较多，无论是即刻、早期或迟发性出血，均应该立即止血。即刻出血可立即施行内镜下止血的各种措施，包括药物喷撒、注射、电凝、氩离子凝固、金属夹夹闭等。
2.穿孔：可发生在切除术时，也可发生在术后数天内。后者是由于焦痂深达浆膜，焦痂在术后脱落时出现穿孔。食管穿孔后引起颈部及上胸部皮下气肿、胸痛、吞咽疼痛及梗阻感伴发热等纵隔炎的症状。胃及十二指肠或结肠穿孔均引起剧烈腹痛，出现弥漫性腹膜炎的症状和体征。直肠中下段、降结肠、升结肠后壁息肉，因为是腹膜间位和外位的脏器，该部位浆膜面无腹膜遮盖，可致腹膜外穿孔。穿孔早期可无症状和体征，穿孔后不久在会阴部、阴囊，下腹部出现皮下气肿、腹胀或轻度腹痛，伴发热。上述部位穿孔通过胸部摄片或腹部平片检查，均能提供有诊断价值的征象。
（1）原因：切除时穿孑L的原因有圈套切割部位距肠壁太近、通电时未将息肉向腔内提拉、电流强度选择过小或圈套钢丝未收紧通电，致通电时间长和灼伤过深，偶见在视野不够清楚情况下，邻近正常黏膜被圈套器圈入或圈套钢丝与周围肠壁接触等。
（2）处理：术中发现穿孔时，应尽量使用金属夹缝合。难以缝合的，若发生在食管或腹腔内，应该尽早手术治疗。腹腔外穿孔可采取保守治疗，禁食、补液、胃肠减压、抗生素应用，一般都不需要手术治疗。
3.灼伤、浆膜炎：相对较轻，大部分患者无临床症状，能自愈。部分重者在术后数天内出现腹痛，局部有反跳痛，甚至肌紧张。但腹部X线透视无膈下游离气体可与穿孔鉴别。予以休息、对症治疗，可给予抗溃疡药2周，需要时输液并预防性使用抗生素。
4.气体爆炸：是大肠内做高频电切息肉时罕见特有的严重并发症。正常情况下，大肠内含有少量氢、甲烷等可燃性气体，若进食过多豆类等食物则产气可能增加。
