《泌尿外科手术学(第3版)》共分两篇，上篇为泌尿男生殖系开放性手术，共24章。再版中删除了被淘汰或较少应用的术式，重点介绍了近10年来发展成熟的改良方法和新手术。每种手术从手术设计原理、适应证选择、操作要点、术后处理、并发症防治等方面予以系统阐述，并用清晰的手绘插图加以说明。下篇为泌尿系腔内及腹腔镜手术，共23章。重点介绍腔镜进镜的基本方法和避免并发症发生的预防措施；尽可能囊括了近年来国内外已成为泌尿外科规范化的腹腔镜常规手术；阐述了在经皮肾镜传统标准术式的基础上发展成熟的微创经皮肾镜术式；同时还将我国泌尿外科医师发明的术式：前列腺气化术、双极气化术、经尿道双极气化前列腺剜出术等作了详细介绍。再版中主编结合国内外文献及自己的临床经验，在许多章节的后面对一些术式进行了重点点评。该书记录了作者们大量的临床经验及国内外文献相关新进展，内容较第二版更加系统、丰富、全面、新颖和实用，代表了我国泌尿外科手术学传统手术的目前最高水平。

Author Description

陈凌武，男，中山大学附属第一医院泌尿外科主任医师。曾获得广东省科学技术奖1项，中国高校科学技术奖1项，中山医科大学医疗成果奖2项，中山大学附属第一医院优秀党员。在《中华外科杂志》、《中华泌尿外科杂志》等全国性学术核心刊物上发表学术论文十余篇。主编助理《泌尿外科手术学》，参与《吴阶平泌尿外科学》、《现代外科学》、《新外科手册》、《门诊外科疾病的诊断与治疗》、《新急诊科手册》、《泌尿外科手术解剖学》等10多部专著的编写。
梅骅，1955年毕业于华南医学院，留校任教。1980年赴美国麻省总医院进修，1982年回国。现任中华医学会泌尿外科学会副主任委员，国际泌尿外科学会会员，美国泌尿学会会员，《中华泌尿外科杂志》顾问，国内7种医学杂志及美国Urologic Oncology 杂志编委。曾先后在国内外医学杂志发表学术论文90余篇，主编《泌尿外科手术学》，（人民卫生出版社，1972年第一版、1996年第二版出版）获1999年卫生部科技进步二等奖；主编《泌尿外科临床解剖学》（山东科技出版社2001年出版）、《泌尿男生殖外科手术图谱》（湖北科学技术出版社，1994年出版）等学术专著多部。于1972年取得我国首例亲属肾移植手术的成功，获1978年全国科学大会奖。设计了治疗先天性尿道下裂新术式—膀胱粘膜一期尿道成形术，以及可控性尿流改道新术式—去带盲结肠可控膀胱术，已推广使用。对卡介苗防治表浅膀胱癌、保留性功能的根治性膀胱切除术、前列腺癌病因和早期诊断，慢性前列腺炎的诊断和治疗女性压力尿失禁，以及女性下尿路感染等方面进行了较深入的探讨，取得成果。1986年创办中山医科大学深圳泌尿外科医院，为在经济特区建立新模式医疗机构作出了贡献。作为在医疗、教学、科研方面有特殊贡献的泌尿外科专家，他在1988年获得“广东省特等劳动模范”称号，曾当选为五、六、七届全国人大代表，第六、七届省政协委员，1994年获得首届“吴阶平医学研究奖”，2001年获第二届“柯麟医学奖”。
