《感染性疾病与抗微生物治疗（第3版）》共分六章，分别扼要叙述：①临床常见病原微生物及有关的实验室检查；②抗感染药的临床药理特点；③抗感染药的临床应用原则；④特殊生理及病理情况下抗感染药的应用原则；⑤各类抗感染药的特点及适应证；⑥临床主要感染性疾病的抗微生物治疗。同时对上述领域的近期研究进展和近年开发并应用于临床的抗感染药的新品种加以简要介绍。《感染性疾病与抗微生物治疗（第3版）》可供医药院校在校学生、研究生及各科临床医师、临床检验和药剂人员阅读参考。
Author Description

汪复，女，1931年5月生。教授、博士生导师。1953年上海第一医学院医学系毕业，就职于上海第一医学院附属华山医院抗生素研究所。1980年4～10月作为访问学者在英国诺丁汉大学皇后医学中心进修抗生素临床药理。1992年作为访问学者在美国Johns Hopkins医院临床药理科及哈佛医学院传染病科参观学习6个月。1986～1997年任上海医科大学抗生素研究所所长。现任复旦大学附属华山医院抗生素研究所名誉所长、卫生部抗感染药临床药理重点实验室主任、科技部抗感染药临床试验研究中心丰任。并任中国药典委员会委员，中华医学会上海分会感染与化疗学会主任、顾问，《中国感染化疗杂志》主编以及多种医学杂志的编委。长期从事感染性疾病的诊断与治疗、抗菌药物的临床药理研究和临床应用以及细菌耐药性研究。发表论文100余篇，主编或副主编《实用抗菌药物学》等专著7部，参加编写《实用内科学》、《现代临床药理学》等专著10余部。历年共获国家级、部局级科技成果奖10余项。已培养硕士研究生12名、博士研究生6名。1992年国务院授予“为发展我国医疗卫生事业作出突出贡献者”证书。

第一章 临床微生物学
第一节 常见病原微生物的诊断及其临床意义
一、人类的固有微生物和病原微生物
自然界存在数十万种形态、结构各异的微生物，绝大多数对人类和动、植物有益无害，有些甚至是必需的，但也有一些能引起人类疾病的微生物，称为致病微生物或病原微生物，其中引起疾病的细菌则称为致病菌或病原菌。临床常见的病原微生物大致分为以下几类：①细菌：如大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌等肠杆菌科细菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌（简称金葡菌）、表皮葡萄球菌（简称表葡菌）、肠球菌属、李斯德菌属、星状奴卡菌等；②真菌：如念珠菌属、曲霉属、毛霉属以及新型隐球菌等；③病毒：有单纯（或带状）疱疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、乙型肝炎病毒等；④原虫：有阿米巴、弓形体等；⑤其他病原微生物：如支原体、衣原体、立克次体以及螺旋体等。
在人体体表及与外界相通的腔道，如口腔、鼻咽腔、肠道、泌尿生殖道等存在着多种微生物。这些人类固有微生物致病力较弱，在人体免疫功能正常时，对人体有益无害，并对外来致病菌有很强拮抗作用，称为“正常微生物群”，其中以细菌和真菌为主，故称“正常菌群”。不同部位的常见寄居微生物见表1-1，这些菌群与人体间、菌群与菌群间互相依存、互相制约，保持着种群与数量的动态平衡。

抗感染药物应用于临床已60余年。随着临床应用的抗感染药物的不断增多，各种耐药病原微生物也不断出现并引起感染，其中对临床构成严重威胁的，如耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌、耐青霉素肺炎链球菌、耐万古霉素肠球菌、产超广谱酶的肠杆菌科细菌、多重耐药不动杆菌属和铜绿假单胞菌及多重耐药结核分枝杆菌等。因此，感染性疾病的诊治仍是临床上的重要课题。本书重点叙述目前临床应用的抗感染药物的特点及其在治疗中的应用。在本书前一版的基础上，新版书在实验室研究方面补充了细菌耐药性机制、细菌耐药性变迁、药物敏感试验和耐药菌检测等的研究进展，对近年国内外开发并应用于临床的抗感染药物的新品种加以介绍，并参考近年出版的书籍中有关对抗感染药的临床应用并加以补充和更新，使本书内容精炼、新颖、实用性强，适合医药学院本科生、研究生、各科临床医师，以及医院微生物检验和药学工作人员阅读参考。
