Author Description

小约瑟夫·F·辛基，银行与金融学教授，现执教于佐治亚大学Terry商学院银行财务系，兼任爱德华·希尔思金融研究所所长。他于1966年获得St.Vincent学院经济学硕士学位，1971年获得波士顿学院经济学博士学位；1971-1976年，在联邦存款保险公司研究部任金融经济学。自1976年起，他加盟佐治亚大学，成为一名助理教授，1983年晋升为教授。1985-1992年，他还担任佐治亚州银行协会主席。
辛基教授以其突出的教学、写作和研究成就杰出于世。在1984年和1985年的佐治亚大学毕业典礼上，辛基教授获得最佳教师殊荣。辛基教授著述颇丰，分别有专著《商业银行献策务管理》、合著《分类技术在商业、银行和金融业中的应用》以及《商业银行中的问题和破产机构》等。辛基教授还为多种银行和金融出版以及报纸杂志撰写过文章和书评。
在繁忙的教学与研究之余，辛基教授还担任金融行业和政府顾问、在美国参议院作证，以及充当有关银行和金融方面案件的专家证人。他还在全美众多的银行学院执教。辛基教授的国际工作经历异常丰富，他曾在巴塞罗纳、布拉迪斯拉发、Byblos、伊期坦布尔、耶路撒冷、伦敦、里昂、墨尔本、蒙得维的亚、奥斯陆、里昂、墨尔本、蒙得维的亚、奥斯陆、罗马、汉城、中国台北、Tours、维尔纽斯等地教学、出席研讨会、提交论文和演讲。
