　　最近日本很流行這種道地的樸實風物。即使樸實，只要慢慢地好好品嚐這些風物，即會一點一滴地沁入內心而蔓延開來，這正是大家所追尋的氛圍。

　　不論是音樂、藝人還是電影等，即使是所謂的低調奢華，只要是美好的事物，就會被大家重視，這樣的日本，還不錯吧？這部《深夜食堂》裡的菜色及故事，不過就這麼小而美的簡單篇幅，卻深深地抓住到日本人的心。讀完後，就會感嘆美好的時代來了呢！

　　這麼說來，台灣人能理解嗎？

　　日本對於章魚形狀的紅香腸與荷包蛋招架不住，這間食堂的菜單上盡是讓日本人回憶的食物，而且這些菜色可不是一般餐廳及食堂可以吃得到的，所以就算真的學著了而做出來之後，也不是好吃到跳起來的美味料理。不過，一篇篇有故事的食物激起讀者一頁頁的回憶，可真讓人停不了手。

　　我記得章魚造型的紅香腸，是小時候媽媽用心準備便當時的必備菜色，並不是切成這種章魚模樣後，味道就變好吃了，而是因為這是每個日本人小時候擁有的母愛，想不到長大之後就不再吃了。再進一步想想，原來自己現在已不常有機會享用「媽媽的味道」了。所以，這部漫畫一定讓大家感同身受吧！

　　台灣想必有很多這樣的家常菜。食物的力量很厲害呢！只要胃記得住就無法忘懷。看到超級簡便的家常菜配上樸實又簡短的故事，特別吸引人目光、深獲好評時，我其實很開心。這些故事能在台灣出版，相信應該也是大家同樣渴求這股感動人心的力量，不是嗎？

　　真是個暖呼呼的小故事，而我現在就待在深夜食堂裡頭呢！
