命令历史记录窗口显示的是AutoCAD启动之后执行过的全部命令以及提示信息，窗口中包括垂直滚动条，可以上下滚动查看历史记录。
命令窗口的底部行称为命令行。命令行用于显示用户正在进行的操作命令并提供程序执行情况。可以使用键盘在命令行中输入完整的命令名，也可以是命令缩写，称为命令别名，然后按Enter键或空格键，即可执行命令。
命令历史记录窗口的行数可以调节，将鼠标指针移至窗口上边框处，当鼠标指针形状转换为时，按住鼠标左键上下拖动即可改变行数。单击命令窗口的左侧边缘并拖动，即可将其移至任意位置，使其转换为浮动的命令窗口。
1.3.9状态栏
状态栏在AutoCAD界面的最底部，如图1—3—15所示，提供关于打开和关闭图形工具的有用信息和按钮。包括光标的三维坐标值、绘图工具、快捷特性、模型、布局、快速查看工具、导航工具、注释、工作空间等工具。状态栏会根据模型空间或图纸空间之间的切换，显示不同的工具按钮。
坐标值：该位置显示光标当前所在的位置，即X、Y、Z坐标值。
辅助绘图工具：是绘图状态切换按钮。
快捷特性：打开或关闭快捷特性面板。快捷特性面板中会显示选择对象的颜色、图层、线型、坐标和尺寸等信息。
模型和布局：在绘图窗口中显示模型空间还是布局空间。模型空间主要用于绘图，布局空间通常是安排打印页面并输出。
