Author Description

艾利·高德拉特（Eliyahu Goldratt），（1947年3月31日一2011年6月11日）是以色列物理学家及企业管理大师，TOC制约法的创造者。他的第一部作品《目标》大胆地借助小说的笔法，说明如何通过近乎常识的逻辑推理，解决复杂的管理问题，结果一炮走红。高德拉特20岁就立志要教导别人思考的方法，他对于传播观念抱着极大的狂热，可以一天只睡3小时，奔波于世界各地发表演说。他还创立了“高德拉特机构”，并在全球广设分部，以此来训练TOC人才，推广TOC制约法，辅导对象包括通用汽车、波音飞机等在内的许多知名企业，以及包括教师、美国空军将领等在内的各行业人士。

艾利·斯拉根海默（Eli Schragenheim），是TOC理论的推动者之一，被公认为ERP模拟学习工具的权威，曾在学术界及业界刊物发表甚多文章，亦为企业主管开办课程。他经常应邀在美国、英国及以色列举行的各类型国际会议上发表演讲，主题涵盖TOC、从经验中学习，以及企业操作系统（包括生产系统）中的咨讯科技。
