Author Description

沈从文（1902-1988），湖南凤凰县人，20世纪极出色的中国文学家之一。早年投身行伍，1924年开始文学创作，是白话文革命的重要践行者和代表作家。主要著作有：小说《边城》《长河》《龙朱》《虎雏》《月下小景》等，散文《从文自传》《湘行散记》《湘西》等，文论《废邮存底》及续集、《烛虚》《云南看云集》等。20世纪50年代后主要从事中国古代文物研究，晚年编著的《中国古代服饰研究》填补了中国文物研究史上的一项空白。沈从文凭一颗诚心，一支笔，用干净的文字塑造了纯美的湘西世界。他的作品，满是自然的美丽和人性的纯粹。在充满焦虑甚至苦难的现实中，他笔下的世界，给我们的心灵开辟了一方净土。

春天日子是长极了的。长长的白日，一个小城中，老年人不向太阳取暖就是打瞌睡，少年人无事做时皆在晒楼或空坪里放风筝。天上白白的日头慢慢地移着，云影慢慢地移着，什么人家的风筝脱线了，各处便都有人仰了头望到天空，小孩子都大声乱嚷，手脚齐动，盼望到这无主风筝，落在自己家中的天井里。
女孩子岳珉年纪约十四岁左右，有一张营养不良的小小白脸，穿着新上身不久、长可齐膝的蓝布袍子，正在后楼屋顶晒台上，望到一个从城里不知谁处飘来的脱线风筝，在头上高空里斜斜地溜过去，眼看到那线脚曳在屋瓦上。隔壁人家晒台上，有一个胖胖的妇人，正在用晾衣竹竿乱捞。身后楼梯有小小声音，一个男小孩子，手脚齐用地爬着楼梯，不一会儿，小小的头颅就在楼口边出现了。小孩子怯怯的，贼一样的，转动两个活泼的眼睛，不即上来，轻轻地喊女孩子。
“小姨，小姨，婆婆睡了，我上来一会儿好不好？”
女孩子听到声音，忙回过头去。望到小孩子就轻轻地骂着：“北生，你该打，怎么又上来？等会儿你姆妈就回来了，不怕骂吗？”
“玩一会儿。你莫声，婆婆睡了！”小孩重复地说着，神气十分柔和。
