质量、环境、职业健康安全管理体系（简称QES管理体系），包含ISO9001质量标准、ISO14001环境标准和ISO28001职业健康安全标准。其中，Q代表质量(quality)，E代表环境(environment)，S代表安全(safety)，同时表示职业健康安全。QES管理体系的理论精髓是：坚持PDCE循环的思想；一切从实际出发；实事求是、理性思维的工作方法；预防为主、持续改进的思维方式；系统思考、注重实效的实用主义工作出发点；注重实效、恰如其分的科学评价方法。通过不断推动PDCA持续改进，使管理系统更高效、更优化、更适用。
QES管理体系要求企业管理行为重在受控，即必须有一个明确的规则，让全体员工及相关各方都去遵循它，要求管理工作程序化、文件化、规范化。各企业根据这一管理体系结合实际建立起适合本企业特点的QES管理体系。QES管理体系包括QES管理手册，QES程序文件，检验规程、技术标准、作业指导书、管理制度，记录文件及表格等。
