教材的主体内容分为八个部分，分别涉及企业经济环境、营销与交际、公司分析、企业战略、公司法、劳动法、人力资源管理和生产管理。每一部分的内容除了包括经济类和管理类基础知识和基本概念的阐释外，同时强调对法语语言的理解能力。
第一部分“企业经济环境”，介绍经济学的历史和基本理论，根据法国毕卡笛大学经济管理学院院长、教授让一皮埃尔·吉拉尔(Jean-Pierre GIRARD)的课程整理而成。
