任众，新浪博客和豆瓣里的人多多。本职工作是室内设计师，业余爱好很多，并醉心于大自然的花鸟虫鱼、风花雪月。2011年开始做自然笔记，将画画、摄影、阅读、集邮等跟亲近自然整合为一件事，顿觉事半功倍起来。笔记做得顺手后，便常带女儿一起去自然中观察画画。
在新浪博客和豆瓣上发的笔记照片引起很多人的兴趣，由此开始书画自然笔记者众多。笔记还引起部分媒体关注，曾先后接受过多家报刊杂志的采访并刊出作品。

自序
回顾这一年的自然笔记，我在文中用得最多的词就是“发现”。是的，几乎每次出行，大自然都给我准备了惊喜或惊奇等着我去发现，让我有机会见证生命的奇迹。笔记之初，我的观察对象大多是植物，偶然阅读了一本精彩的昆虫书后，竟一发不可收拾地爱上了昆虫。然而渐渐地，我发现，昆虫生活的背景离不开植物和周遭其他自然环境。于是在之后的自然观察里，我会尽力整合各种自然条件，尽量全面地去看待自然物之间的关系。
将自然体验通过图文的方式记录下来，可以方便日后随手翻阅。这种笔记形式融合了我平时的诸多爱好：亲近自然、摄影、画画、集邮、阅读等。每项爱好都有了共同的明确主题，结果自然也事半功倍了。时过境迁，我仍然能在翻看笔记时清晰地记起当初的很多美妙细节。
本书中所记录的自然就是我家所在的小区、离家不远处的一小片湿地、上下班必经的小路，还有每月去图书馆途经的一片不足二十平方米的小小“荒地”然而那里就是那么多种类的植物和那么多神奇的鸟儿昆虫的舞台。过去的十多年里，我从没有关注过它们，它们真真切切地就在我身边繁衍生息，却因我的视而不见，轻易地便隐身了。而当我开始写自然笔记，怀揣着好奇，瞪大眼睛去期待它们时，我的关注拉开了舞台的大幕，它们一个个鲜活地依次出现在聚光灯下，将自己精彩纷呈的生活展演给我看原来我身边有那么多奇妙与美好大隐于市，它们对我这个热情的观众不时地回馈以惊喜、愉悦、充实
我开始懂得辨识相近但不同的物种；开始能从也许并不起眼的事物中发现美或有趣的事情，甚至对自然中曾经厌嫌过的事物产生兴趣；开始学习找寻事物间的关联信息；从喜欢捕捉昆虫做标本，到宁愿看到它们鲜活的身影这些是我从对自然懵懂无知到略通一二的过程，是自然指导我成长的过程，是自然教给我爱的过程。如果说过去我对自然的感情是喜欢的话，那么现在的一定是爱。喜欢和爱是如此不同，过去的喜欢，让我满心希望所有美好的自然都属于我；而现在的爱，让我无所求地以平等的姿态看待它，不试图改变它，而是尽量融入它。
做自然笔记会让人回到孩童时期的心境，对一切事物充满好奇，生活会因此而多出很多很多开心的事，笔记过程中更是会持续涌出愉悦感、幸福感和满足感。动植物的美及其生存智慧、变化万千又有迹可循的气象、周而复始却也无常的气候、各种自然物内隐藏的漫漫生命历程这一切都在感染着我。告诉你我的体验吧：当你身处自然，自然便潜移默化地影响你，你会发现自己变得越来越耳聪目明，善于聆听自然之声，发现自然之美；在你对它发生浓厚兴趣时，你还会发现自己如此幸运，各种门类的知识宝库都向你敞开大门，让你眼界大开；你会发现自己内心平静，每晚做完笔记去睡觉时都会感觉异常甜蜜，仿佛仍深陷在自然里；你会发现自己心胸越来越豁达，更加懂得理解包容，懂得感恩自然、敬畏自然。
对于身处自然每每新识的动植物朋友，我都有相见恨晚的感觉。我得着重强调一下“恨晚”：之前我都干什么去了，居然一直跟它们周而复始地相逢却错过。我常常在遇到精彩、惊艳的瞬间在内心对自己大声说：“天哪，它就发生在我身边，我之前竟然不知道，这些年我都错过了什么！”
