Content Description

《阅微草堂笔记（套装上下册）》一书为纪昀晚年所作，写于乾隆五十四年（1789）至嘉庆三年（1798）之间。《阅微草堂笔记（套装上下册）》共二十四卷，1196则，包括《滦阳消夏录》、《如是我闻》、《槐西杂志》、《姑妄听之》和《滦阳续录》5种。《阅微草堂笔记》整部作品恬淡古雅，质朴简洁，无论是写人还是叙事，皆着墨不多，不过粗陈梗概，点到为止，但极有章法，颇见情致，其弟子盛时彦对此也有概括：“叙述剪裁，贯穿映带，如云容水态，迥出天机。”恰如鲁迅所言，“立法甚严，举其体要，则在尚质黜，追踪晋宋”。

Author Description

纪昀（1724-1805），字晓岚，一字春帆，号观弈道人，阅微草堂为其书坊名。直隶献县（今河北献县）人。他虽然曾于乾隆三十三年（1768）因“漏言”被贬谪乌鲁木齐三年，算是受了一些挫折。但总的来说，其科举及仕途还是比较顺利的。纪昀学养深厚，知识渊博，精于考证，曾担任《四库全书》总纂官达十三年。
韩希明，毕业于师范学院中文系。现为南京审计学院国际文化交流学院教授、公共语文教学部主任、江苏省明清小说研究会理事、江苏省传媒艺术研究会理事。主持《大学语文》校级优秀重点课程建设。研究方向为明清小说研究与民俗学研究。发表《试论<阅微草堂笔记>的伦理判断》、《前代历史人物故事在“三言二拍”中的衍变》、《略论明清小说中的民间俗信与伦理精神》等论文30余篇。

Book Abstract

御史胡牧亭说：他家村子里有人养了一头猪，见了邻居老人便瞪着眼睛狂吼，奔来跑去地想要咬他，而它见到别人就不是这样。邻居老人开始时非常恼怒，想把猪买下杀掉吃肉。过后忽然醒悟道：“莫非这就是佛经中所说的宿冤么！人世间没有解不开的怨仇。”老人出了高价把猪买下来，送到佛寺中作为长生猪养起来。从此，猪见到老翁，就耷拉着耳朵亲热地靠近他，不像往日那种凶恶的样子了。我曾见过孙重画的伏虎罗汉图，巴西人李衍题诗说：“至人骑猛虎，驭之犹骐骥。岂伊本驯良，道力消其鸷。乃知天地间，有情皆可契。共保金石心，无为多畏忌。”这首诗可以用来解释这个故事。
沧州举人刘士玉家，有间书房被狐精占了。这个狐精大白天同人对话，扔瓦片石块打人，只是看不到它的形状。担任知州的平原人董思任，是个好官，听说这件事后，就亲自来驱逐狐精。正当他在大谈人与妖路数不同的道理时，忽然房檐那里传来响亮的声音说：“您做官很爱护百姓，也不捞钱，所以我不敢打您。但您爱护百姓是图好名声，不捞钱是怕有后患，所以我也不躲避您。先生还是算了吧，不要说多了自找麻烦。”董思任狼狈地回去了．惊惊乍乍好几天都闷闷不乐。刘士玉有一个女佣人长得粗粗笨笨的，只有她不怕狐精，狐精也不打她。有人在与狐精对话时问起这件事。狐精说：“她虽然是个卑贱的佣人，却是一个真正孝顺的女人呵。鬼神见到她尚且要敛迹退避，何况是我们这样的呢！”刘士玉就叫女佣人住在这间房里，狐精当天就离开了。
爱堂先生说：听说有一位老学究在夜里赶路，忽然遇到了他死去的朋友。老学究一向性情刚直，也不害怕，问亡友：“你上哪儿去？”亡友答：“我在阴间当差，到南村去勾人，恰好与你同路。”于是一起走。到了一间破房子前，鬼说：“这是文人的家。”老学究问鬼是怎么知道的。鬼说：“一般人在白天都忙忙碌碌，以致掩没了本来性灵。只有到了睡着时，什么也不想，灵魂清朗明彻，读过的书，字字都射出光芒，透过人全身的窍孔照射出来，那样子缥缥缈缈，色彩缤纷，灿烂如锦绣。学问像郑玄、孔安国，文章像屈原、宋玉、班固、司马迁的人，发出的光芒直冲云霄，与星星、月亮争辉；不如他们的，光芒有几丈高，或者几尺高，依次递减；最次的人也有一点儿微弱的光，像一盏微光闪烁的小油灯，能照见门窗。
这种光芒人看不到，只有鬼神能看见。这间破屋上，光芒高达七八尺，因此知道是文人的家。”老学究问：“我读了一辈子书，睡着时光芒有多高？”鬼欲言又止，沉吟了好久才说：“昨天到你的私塾去，你正在午睡。我看见你胸中有解释经义的文章一部，选刻取中的试卷五六百篇，经文七八十篇，应试的策文三四十篇，字字都化成黑烟笼罩在屋顶上。那些学生的朗读声，好似密封在浓云迷雾之中。实在没看到一丝光芒，我不敢乱说。”老学究听了怒斥，鬼大笑着走了。
东光人李又聃先生曾在宛平县相国的废园里，看到走廊墙上有两首题诗。第一首写道：“飒飒西风吹破棂，萧萧秋草满空庭。月光穿漏飞檐角，照见莓苔半壁青。”第二首道：“耿耿疏星几点明，银河时有片云行。凭阑坐听谯楼鼓，数到连敲第五声。”字迹暗淡无光，好像不是人写的。
董曲江先生名叫元度，平原人。乾隆壬申年进士，进入翰林院。经甄别考试后，改授知县，又改任府学教授，后来上书称病辞职回家。他年轻时梦见有人送给他一把扇子，上面有三首绝句说：“曹公饮马天池日，文采西园感故知。至竞心情终不改，月明花影上旌旗。”“尺五城南并马来，垂杨一例赤鳞开。黄金屈戌雕胡锦，不信陈王八斗才。”“箫鼓冬冬画烛楼，是谁亲按小凉州？春风豆蔻知多少，并作秋江一段愁。”诗中的语句很难懂，后来也没有什么应验，弄不清是什么缘故。
