如果我能说了算

从小到大，总是有人跟我说，“你应该……你不该……”，“我是为了你好”。
爸妈从小告诉我，要先倾听别人，这是尊重。于是听到这些意见以后，我都会试着去做一做。
但我慢慢发现，好像别人看来的好，并不是我以为的好。
按着别人的思路或想法去完成别人心目中的我，那个我，还是我吗？
再后来我逐渐懂得了筛选。我努力在各种各样的声音中寻找最中肯客观的一个，不愿在这个过程中丢失自己。
对于工作，我是一个会全力以赴的人，不会说很多话的人，但也是一个很难被说服的人。
没有足够的理由，没有足够的耐心，没有足够的诚意，我会认定了自己心中的想法付诸实施。
而且我从不畏惧错误。不犯错，怎么找得到正确的路呢？
所以，我的个性注定了我离一帆风顺的人生很远。
朋友说，你从小开始就是父母嘴里“别人家的孩子”。成绩优秀，人缘又好，简直是人生赢家一样的存在。
这世界上怎么会有真正的人生赢家！
每一个人都会为了自己想要的东西而却努力，只是有的人努力还不够，有的人运气还没到。
比起以其他方式努力过来的人，我进入现在的这个职业圈，的确是幸运了很多。但进入，远不是结局，而是全新人生的开始。
从此以后面对的人事物，跟以前的生活几乎来了个180°反转。我觉察到不同的时候，事情已经发展到了谁都无法预知，谁也无法掌控的地步。
以前的我觉得只有强调个性，才能凸显我的存在，我单纯地以为我找到了走向梦想的正确的道路。可是后来的经历让我明白，在这条道路上走，还没有找到想要找到的，就已经要被迫放弃更多。
我的事情，已经不能由我说了算。
这是束缚。但这是规则。
很多人对我的第一印象有偏差。
我其实是一个固执的人。认定了一个目标，便会始终朝着它靠近，全然不顾其他。
也不知道是为什么，有些平常人的平常事到了我的身上，就会被视为惊天动地的大事。比如换公司。
对于艺人来说，换公司是再正常不过的事。
就像有些球员也会被各家俱乐部转来转去，只因为这里已经不适合他，或者那里好像有更多上升空间类似的原因。
因此而苛责这个球员本身，会不会有点太无理取闹。
我也听说过很多年轻人，在一个地方工作无法长久，经常跳来跳去，有人批评这种做法任性而不负责任。
但如果在离职之前，做好自己的分内之事，不给后面接手工作的人添麻烦，那么他们选择更适合自己的土壤生长，到底错在哪里呢？
路这么长，总会遇到分岔。你说服不了我，我无法对你妥协，便只能朝着各自的方向走。
在一个行业里待得越久，目光越明，目标也会愈加成型。如果以前那些都是为梦想而走的弯路，为目标而付出的代价，那么一切都不会白费。
我说过，不累，不贵，不付出，没有代价，怎么能叫梦想呢。
最后这一次，我不会再抱怨，我干脆完全地忠于我自己，从那一天开始，一切由我说了算，一切由我自己来承担。
那一天，我迎来了自己工作室的创立。
工作人员的招募早就已经确立，连我在一起，小工作室一共只有7个人。而我们的第一件重要的事情就是做一张全新的专辑。
7个人中间，只有我是有参与专辑制作的经验，不过也仅限于歌曲本身。以前我的专辑中的策划、创意、文字、宣传、发行还有妆发造型，我的意见都是“仅供参考”。
而其他工作人员，基本都没有正式参加过专辑制作的工作。有些环节他们的工作经验跟我一样几乎是零。想一想，真是够捏一把汗的。
筹备阶段，所有的人都绷紧了神经，恨不得一天有32个小时能投入工作。
好在我们配合还算默契，工作经验和擅长的东西恰好互补，所以才让一切不至于卡壳然后难产。
最后一次分歧，发生在上市的时间都已经拟定好的时候。我的无规则性强迫症又毫无预警地爆发。
我太看重这张专辑，为了能让它更好，甚至都到了夜不能寐的地步。
而到最后，我终于作出了打回重做的决定。众人哗然。
如果在以前的公司，如果我在临发行前做出这样的决定，等于是让工作人员的全部努力都付诸东流。
当然这也是不可能会发生的事情，在快要封顶的时候推倒重建，谁能毫无芥蒂地接受？
我非常清楚当时的情况，但心理上那一关始终过不去。
如果我什么都不做，坚持原来的方案，说实话对销售不会产生太大的影响。可是，却会对我坚持的东西，对我的想法和我的人生，有重大的影响。
百分百的完美虽不存在，但如果有更好的可能，却退而求其次，我无法说服我自己。
于是我第一次倔犟地请工作人员向我妥协。
他们跟我有分歧，但是最后却还是尊重了我的选择。因为他们都知道，我比任何人都要更重视它。
舒适不是我们的目标，一切可以让它更好的方案，才是我们的目标。
所以现在这个《unlock》出来的样子，已经无限接近我的想法。这一点我已经满意，销量那些，我并没有太过在意。

机缘巧合，我重游美国西部，再次行走一号公路。
一边碧波万顷，一边山峦叠嶂。我想起自己曾在这条路上自驾的时光，经历独自一人开车、吃饭、加油、拍照和放松。
我在坎布里亚的一家小店买过一件印第安外套，纯羊毛编织，穿起来很拉风，厚重又实用；海狮滩上的海狮们，永远在大方晾晒自己的肥肚皮，坦然自在；偶然经过一处没有人的海滩，悬崖上不知名的多肉植物，生长得肆意快活……充满回忆的旅途，我能记起细枝末节的琐事。
