Content Description

世界油气管道的规划和建设是地缘政治较量的产物，特别是围绕管道主导权及资源流向的争夺、过境国的经济利益考虑与政治外交倾向等都是地缘政治演变的结果，直接影响全球油气供需格局，严重冲击传统的油气地缘格局，进而形成新的油气地缘格局。因此，大型跨国油气管道建设、开通和运营引发的国际油气地缘格局的变化，最终会直接或间接地推动国际地缘政治格局和国际关系的变化。2013年7月建成运营的中缅油气管道延续了历史上南方丝绸之路及滇缅公路的辉煌，在给中缅两国带来地缘政治利益的同时，也将改变亚洲特别是东南亚和南亚的能源地缘战略格局。本书在分析世界油气管道产生的基本原理及其分布、发展的基础上，着重以中缅油气管道为例，从缅甸油气资源的现状和发展历程等视角，较为全面地阐释了中缅油气管道的地缘政治经济特征和利益，进而对中缅油气管道的发展前景进行了预测和判断。

Author Description

戴永红，男，四川乐山人，经济学博士，企业法律顾问，北美证券分析师和投资顾问，长期从事南亚与东南亚问题研究。现任四川大学缅甸研究中心主任，教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地四川大学南亚研究所、四川大学中国西部边疆安全与发展协同创新中心和教育部985工程三期“南亚与国际问题创新研究基地”教授、硕士生导师（国际关系/世界经济专业），瑞典安全与发展政策研究所客座教授。1993-1997年在南亚和东南亚从事国际工程承包与国际贸易，负责世界银行和亚洲开发银行贷款项目的招投标和项目管理；2006-2011年先后在加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学和卡尔加里大学访问进修，从事能源矿业国际合作与公司金融研究，并在加拿大能源跨国公司和证券公司从事能源投资分析。2014年5-11月在瑞典安全与发展政策研究所访学，从事“一带一路”、“两廊两洋”战略及大国在缅甸的博弈研究。现研究与教学领域主要是国际关系（大国关系、地缘政治战略与能源安全战略）、世界经济（能源合作、企业国际化）、国际贸易（贸易摩擦）和国际金融（公司金融）等。出版学术专著5部，参编学术著作6部，发表学术论文80余篇（其中B刊5篇，CSSCI刊物16篇，英文刊物4篇）；主持国家社会科学基金项目2项（《中印关系中的机制化建设与我国的应对》、《构建中国两洋出海大通道战略支点视角下中缅中巴能源通道研究》)，主持省部级科研项目6项。

力行，男，汉族，清华大学高级工商管理硕士研究生，中国民主建国会会员。1973年1月出生，四川达州市人。1995年毕业于四川文理学院政教专业，至1998年在四川省达川地直机关工作，2000年创办达州市通川区西圣小学兼任校长至今。2006年投资天然气领域，先后设立四川宣汉县达义天然气公司、大竹县北区天然气公司、贵州六枝国贸燃气公司、云南云东燃气公司。现任云南云东燃气公司董事长、总经理，达州市通川区七届至九届政协委员、工商联常委、民建总支副主委。
