Content Description

《国际贸易摩擦与应对研究》对我国所遭遇的各种形式的贸易摩擦及应对问题进行了系统研究。这些贸易摩擦涉及反倾销、反倾销中的反规避、反补贴、保障措施与特别保障措施、技术性贸易壁垒、美国“337调查”等。同时《国际贸易摩擦与应对研究》还研究了应对贸易摩擦的宏观措施、WTO争端解决机制及相关案例、WTO和中国的贸易报复机制。《国际贸易摩擦与应对研究》的研究表明中外贸易摩擦已从基于企业出口营销方式等微观层面向基于国家产业政策、经济制度与发展模式等宏观层面发展，从以价格竞争所引发的反倾销措施为主向反倾销、反补贴、保障措施、“337调查”、贸易技术壁垒等各种贸易救济措施并行实施的方向发展，而以产品安全与质量保证、生态和环境友好为核心的贸易技术壁垒将成为贸易摩擦与贸易争端的重要形式。《国际贸易摩擦与应对研究》提出，对于应对贸易摩擦，中国面临着遵守“有缺陷的国际规则”的棘手问题。
Author Description

栾信杰，男，1965年10月生，山东潍坊人。中国计量学院经济与管理学院教授，浙江省高校人文社科重点研究基地（标准化与知识产权管理）教授，硕士生导师，浙江省国际贸易学会理事，浙江省经济学会理事。现已在四种国际刊物Journal of World Trade, The Journal of WorldInvestment and Trade, Global Trade and Customs Journal, theColorado Journal of International Environmental Lawand Policy及国内国际贸易重要刊物《国际贸易》、《国际贸易问题》、《国际经贸探索》、《国际商务研究》等上发表中英文文章60余篇，12篇论文被SSCI、IFLP、ISTP、ISSHP、人大书报资料中心等收录或全文转载。主持完成浙江省社科规划重大招标课题1项。
