《种植业结构变动、效率变化及影响因素研究：以江苏省为例》系统地整理国内外有关研究成果以及采用大量农业统计数据，采取多种现代经济学分析方法与数量统计分析方法，研究江苏省种植业结构演变过程、效率变化以及影响因素。本研究主要采用数理统计、实证分析，将定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法。

Author Description

薛庆根，1969年7月生，江苏兴化人，南京农业大学农业经济管理学博士，扬州大学副教授，硕士生导师。一直从事农业与农村经济发展方面的教学与研究。近年来参与国家级科研课题研究3项、主持完成省级科研项目3项、厅级科研项目10多项。多项研究成果在《中国农村经济》、《南农业大学学报（社会科学版）》和《经济体制改革》等杂志发表，其中一篇被《新华文摘》转载。主持完成国家和省级农业产业园区规划、高标准农田建没规划以及各种农业产业化可行性研究报告等横向项目100多项。

Book Abstract

工产生专门从事不同生产的企业、组织与产业，而其内部也建立起分工协作的有机体系以保证内部效率的实现。按照上述理论，种植业内部在分工协作的基础上应该也可以实现效率提升，然而现实情况却是“目前世界上大多数发展中国家的农业总体上仍然处于传统农业阶段”，即使经济发达的江苏省，传统种植业向现代种植业转变过程中，效率提升也是十分困难的。因此利用效率理论来测算目前江苏种植业的效率现状，并探讨提升效率的有效途径与方法，使用效率理论更好地指导现实中种植业结构变动与调整，就成为一个重要的现实议题。
种植业效率研究的另一个重要问题便是如何有效地配置种植业资源，尤其是种植业赖以生存的基础——土地资源的合理配置。现阶段江苏省工业与服务业扩张，城镇人口增加而使建成区面积不断扩大，经济社会发展导致各类建设项目对土地的需求与占用不断增加。有学者指出就江苏省而言，耕地资源显得稀缺而珍贵，并且人地矛盾已成为制约江苏省经济发展的一个重要因素。在这种土地资源持续减少的不利条件下，为达到预期种植业调整目标，必须根据资源配置理论，合理地配置土地资源，改进原有低效率的耕地资源配置关系、比例与模式，以获得最佳的经济效益。
种植业结构变动与调整是一个系统工程，它涉及多方主体的利益，在科学正确的理论基础指导下，有序地引导、调整与优化种植业结构变动，使得种植业朝着促进农业与农村发展和增加农民收入的目标稳步前进。
