Author Description

何剑伟，男，陕西宝鸡人，管理学博士，现供职于中国人民银行西安分行，兼任西北大学中国西部经济发展研究中心研究员。主要研究领域为金融理论与农村金融政策，近年来在《金融时报》理论版、《当代经济科学》、《商业研究》、《技术经济》等学术刊物发表论文二十余篇。
