吴华安，男，1974年5月生，四川仁寿人，副教授，经济学博士，重庆工商大学融智学院副院长，教育部人文社科重点基地重庆工商大学长江上游经济研究中心兼职研究人员。主要从事人口迁移与区域发展、区域经济理论与政策等领域的科研与教学工作。目前，主持国家社科基金项目1项、国家社科基金重大招标项目子课题1项、教育部重大攻关项目子课题1项、重庆市科委软科学项目2项、重庆市教委项目4项、英国战略繁荣基金项目1项、地方政府及企事业单位委托课题10余项；主研国家社科基金和国家自科基金项目4项、中荷国际赠款项目1项、重庆市委重大课题2项、重庆市科委重点课题2项、其他省部级项目3项、地方政府委托决策咨询项目13余项；发表学术论文17篇；科研成果获重庆市人民政府一、二、三等奖各1项；与他人合作出版专著4部、参与编著2部。
