《中国工业节能技术创新研究》内容20世纪中期以来，科学技术在经济和社会发展中的作用越来越突出，与之相应，技术创新理论（创新经济学）受到了普遍关注，相关研究取得了长足的进步。新增长理论、演化经济学、制度经济学均对技术创新理论做出了新的贡献。但就技术创新理论而言，基于效率的生产中要素与产出关系的研究始终是技术创新理论的重要内容之一，正如熊彼特（1934）所说：“生产意味着把我们所能支配的原材料和力量组合起来。生产其他的东西，或者用不同的方法生产相同的东西，意味着以不同的方式把这些原材料和力量组合起来。”作为技术创新领域的一种具体形式，节能技术创新的研究是将生产过程中的能源消耗作为主要对象，探讨如何在生产过程中消耗*少的能源或如何在既定能源消耗下生产很多的产品。目前，我国能源消耗增长迅速、环境污染日趋严重，能源环境问题已经成为我国经济社会进一步发展的重要制约因素，而基于上述含义，节能技术创新是解决我国能源与环境问题的主要途径之一，对我国经济社会稳定以及和谐发展具有重要现实意义。

吴滨，经济学博士，中国社会科学院数量经济与技术经济研究所副研究员，主要从事能源经济、循环经济、产业经济相关领域的研究。参与国家社科基金、自然科学基金、有关部委、地方政府、大型企业研究课题数十项，发表学术论文十余篇。
