Content Description

在现实生活中，产业进入规制是政府干预经济的一个普遍现象，但是关于产业进入规制全面、系统的经济学专项研究并不多见，这与实践形成了较大反差。胡洪斌所著的《中国产业进入规制的经济学分析》对国内外产业进入规制相关的经济学文献进行了梳理研究，通过引入“ER-SCP”和“成本收益”分析框架，对产业进入规制的经济学理论进行了系统的研究。在此基础上，深入分析了中国产业进入规制的特殊性及其规制环境，梳理和探究了中国产业进入规制的整个动态演化过程，以此指出中国产业进入规制存在的问题，并提出了加强产业进入规制的思路和政策措施。
Author Description

胡洪斌（1974-），男，云南昆明人、经济学博士、副教授，云南大学文化产业研究院信息研究中心主任。主要研究领域：产业经济学、文化产业理论与实践等。主持或参与20余项国家级和省部级课题研究。近年来，在《财贸经济》《经济问题探索》《中国文化产业评论》《学术探索》等各级刊物发表学术论文20余篇，出版著作6部。
