Content Description

虹桥国际机场西区扩建工程完工后，成为拥有两个航站楼、两条跑道、三条滑行道的国内枢纽机场，2010年，起降架次21.90万架次，旅客吞吐量3129.88万人次，货邮吞吐量48.04万。在圆满完成扩建工程开航、世博保障等重大任务的同时，能源使用状态也发生了变化。能源管理工作面临着四大新特点：一是东西区共同运行，导致能源成本大幅上升；二是建设和运行并存，加大了能源使用的监管难度；三是区域化管理对用能管理提出了新的要求；四是各类节能新型技术还需在实践中不断摸索才能达到最佳和经济的运行状态。
为了实现节能降耗目标，虹桥国际机场各单位围绕提升系统经济运行水平，组织调动技术管理人员的积极性，自主开展了大量的研究工作，并总结形成这本《虹桥国际机场低碳运行管理实践》。《虹桥国际机场低碳运行管理实践》具体内容包括：虹桥国际机场低碳运行概况、能源管理、集中供能系统低碳运行管理实践、航站区低碳运行管理实践、飞行区低碳运行管理实践、市政配套设施及计量系统低碳运行管理实践、能源管理展望实践等。

Author Description

邵先军，男，1977年出生，吉林辽源人。从1 984年秋第一次走进校园开始，至今仍流连于学校之中。1996年考人中国人民解放军海军工程大学本科水面舰艇内燃动力机电管理专业，从此加入人民海军：2000年继续在该校攻读马克思主义哲学专业军人伦理方向硕士研究生，师从翁世平教授：2003年到海军航空工程学院政治理论教研室任教至今：2006年考入南京政治学院上海分院攻读马克思主义哲专业国防伦理文化方向博士研究生，师从王联斌教授。热爱人民海军，热爱教育事业，热爱中华传统文化，期盼通过开发和丰富民族共有精神家园中的优秀历史文化遗产，探寻中华民族精神长期积淀的历史过程和客观规律，为当前人民海军的蓝色文化建设和中华民族精神、时代精神建设增加一些文化积累和提供某种思想启迪，为建设海洋强国贡献自己的一份微薄之力。发表学术论文多篇，研究成果曾获”中国人民解放军第三届政治理论研究优秀成果论文类三等奖”。
