Author Description

热拉尔·迪梅尼尔（Gerard Dumenil），法国著名的马克思主义经济学家，国际马克思大会主席，法国巴黎第十大学教授，法国国家科学研究中心主任。近30余年来长期从事利润率、信用和金融、经济危机和周期等方面的研究，著述颇丰，在国际经济学界享有较高声誉。
多米尼克·莱维（Dominique Levy），法国经济学家，法国国家科学研究中心主任，与迪梅尼尔和住过另一本书《经济复苏》，也由哈佛大学出版社出版。

这种新型权力结构的确切内容将取决于上层阶级各部门之间的内部纷争的程度，以及大众阶级所施加的压力。这种情形开启了相当广泛的潜在政治方向（从一种极右的选择中分离出来）：
a.考虑到有利于上层阶级的收人流，有必要强调，美国增强其全球主导地位的坚强决心将要求对管理层和资本家的收入予以显著限制。尽管如此，新的社会妥协将仍然发生在上层阶级之间，偏向右翼。在这些阶级的比较利益范围内一种转变将会发生。
b.如果没有大众阶级的大力支持，难以想象这样的广泛变革会得以实现。向大众阶级做出一定程度的让步可能是必需的。因此，偏于中右的政治方向可以期待。
