《智力资本绩效创造路径研究(嵌入转移机制)》在回顾以往智力资本研究成果的基础上，交叉融合了管理学、经济学、统计学、法学等多学科知识，综合运用规范研究与实证研究、定性研究与定量研究相结合的多种研究方法，实现理论与实践的有机协调，旨在考虑企业集团的协同效应，结合转移机制研究企业集团智力资本绩效创造的路径，分析企业集团内部某一成员企业智力资本对其他成员企业经营绩效的影响路径，并探讨智力资本转移机制在这一影响路径中的作用，以期对企业集团智力资本运用与管理问题进行探索，找出相关对策。

高娟，女，湖北京山人，管理学博士，中国注册会计师协会非执业会员，中南民族大学管理学院讲师，湖北省普通高校人文社科重点研究基地中南民族大学高校风险预警防控研究中心研究人员。主要研究方向为会计学、智力资本、高校风险等。近年来，主持湖北省社会科学基金一般项目和中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目各1项，参与国家自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目及湖北省教育厅、湖北省会计学会课题等多项，主编、副主编和参编教材共6部，在《华东经济管理》、《经济经纬》、《山西财经大学学报》、《统计与决策》等CSSCI来源期刊和中文核心期刊上发表学术论文20余篇。
