《中国企业年金制度研究（修订版）》为荷兰国际集团荷兰保险资助项目《中国企业年金制度研究》最终成果。作者在长期从事社会保障研究的基础上，采用理论与实践、定性与定量以及比较分析等方法，系统研究了企业年金治理结构、计划预期替代率和基金投资、监督管理等问题，为完善我国企业年金政策和制度提供了较好的思路和参考，具有重要的理论和实践意义。
本课题最终研究成果由十一部分构成。
第1部分企业年金基本理论分析。企业年金是指在政府强制实施的基本养老保险制度之外，企业在国家政策的指导下，根据自身经济实力和经济状况建立的，旨在为本企业职工提供一定程度退休收入保障的制度。
第2部分典型国有的企业年金制度。早在正规养老金制度建立之前，有些私营企业雇主为了鼓励雇员长期和忠实地服务，会根据雇员的工作情况奖励其退休雇员一笔企业奖金，这可以说是养老金制度的明芽。
第3部分企业年金计划运行机制（上）。企业年金计划资金的运行经历三个阶段：企业年金供款征缴阶段、企业年多久地划的运行机制包括企业年金待遇给付阶段。
第4部分企业年金计划运行机制（下）。企业年金治理是企业年金运行的保障，是企业年金基金安全的基石。
第5部分企业年金计划信托。信托是一个古老的法律问题，养老金计划的信托管理却是一个新问题。信托制度主要围绕委托人、受托人和受益人三方关系展开，受托人在三方当事人中，处于管理和处分信托财产的中心位置，所以受托人的权利义务最为复杂，也最为关键。
第6部分中国企业年金计划治理结构。我国《信托法》的法律关系保障了委托了和受益人的权益，使受托人的权利和义务充分对等，同时也保障了信托关系中相关角色之间职能的清晰界定。
第7部分中国企业年金计划。不同类型的企业和职工将需要不同类型的企业年金计划，企业年金的不同计划特点与不同的企业类型和职工类型相结合将产生不同的激励效果和社会经济价值。
第8部分企业年金制度与资本市场。企业年金基金进入资本市场投资运作不仅是企业年金计划的内在要求，而且也是资本市场深化的主动力之一。
第9部分企业年金基金投资管理。企业年金基金投资管理主要涉及到企业年金基金投资、企业年金基金投组合规划和企业年金基金投资业绩评估。
第10部分企业年金监管（上）。本部分主要研究企业年金基金的外部监管制度安排。企业年金基金监管的理论基础是：通过政府监管措施来弥补“市场失灵”。养老金计划监管的理论基础是：通过政府监管措施来弥补“市场失灵”。
第11部分企业年金监管（下）。本部分主要研究企业年金基金的内部监管制度安排。“审慎人”监管的前提是经济发展已经很成熟，金融体制比较完善，并且基金管理机构也已得到一定程度发展的国家。
第12部分中国企业年金监管制度。基于保护计划受益人的基本利益的要求、风险控制的要求、企业年金计划规范管理的要求、税收管理的要求，我国应加强对企业年金计划的监管。

Author Description

邓大松，男，经济学博士、教授、博导。现任教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地“武汉大学社会保障研究中心”主任，国家重点学科社会保障专业的学科和学术带头人。此外，还担任国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员，教育部公共管理类学科教指委副主任委员，教育部经济学学科首届教指委委员，全国MPA教指委委员，并于1993年被评为享受国务院特殊津贴的专家，1995年被授予湖北省有突出贡献的中青年专家称号，2002年成为湖北省新世纪高层次人才工程第一层次人选。

邓大松教授先后出版专著、教材等共16部，发表论文90余篇，获省部级以上科研和教学成果将11项，多次被评为优秀工作者和优秀研究生指导教师，2003年获宝钢优秀教师奖。其专著《中国社会保障若干重大问题研究》获第三届中国高校人文社会科学研究优秀成果奖一等奖。
