第一部分进出口会计处理的相关技巧
第一章进出口业务会计核算的特点
国际贸易是跨国界进行的贸易活动，它与国内贸易有着本质的差别。由于它面临着国内外两个市场，因而产生了外贸会计与内贸会计的种种差别。例如，国际上的销售公约和惯例、外汇的管制情况、银行业务的规则、税收制度的差别和远距离的运输等都大大制约着外贸会计的核算内容。而且很多业务情况在国内贸易中是不存在的。外贸会计的业务特点从专业会计的角度可以归纳如下。
1．采用复币记账
外经贸企业经营的出口和进口业务都涉及外币结算，而根据我国《企业会计准则》的规定，企业的会计核算一律以人民币为记账本位币。因此外贸企业的会计核算应采用复币进行核算。即凡是涉及外币结算的业务在填制记账凭证和登记会计账簿时，除了应登记外币数额，还应按照相应的汇率折合为人民币数额，同时登记入账。为此，外贸会计核算相应的设置了一些复币记账的账户，如：应收外汇账款、应付外汇账款、银行存款（外币户）和短期借款（外币户）等。
2．核算汇兑损益
外经贸企业发生外币业务时，应当按外币原币登记外币账户，同时选用相应的汇率将外币金额折算为记账本位币金额。在将外币金额折算为记账本位币时，采用的汇率可以是外币业务发生时的市场汇率，也可以采用外币业务发生当期期初的市场汇率，在月份（或季度、年度）终了时，对于外币各账户的期末余额，按期末市场汇率将其折算为记账本位币金额，并将其（外币账户期末余额折算为记账本位币金额）与相对应的各记账本位币账户的期末余额之间的差额，确认为汇兑损益，计入当期损益科目。
