Content Description

20世纪60年代以来，经济学最为令人瞩目的发展之一是新制度经济学的产生和发展。随着科斯1937年“发现”交易费用和1960年提出“科斯定理”，科斯及其后继者就产权的基本问题、企业产权结构、企业的性质、人力资本产权等制度特殊问题和制度的基本问题、制度变迁的动因、过程、方式与影响等制度和制度变迁的一般问题进行了深入、系统的研究，并形成了相对完整的理论体系。新制度经济学与传统的微观经济学、宏观经济学一起，共同构成了当代经济学的完整体系。
本书将新制度经济学分为理论基础、制度特殊理论和制度一般理论三个部分。这一框架是告辞深入研究新制度经济学文献的基础上构建的，最大的特点就于能够比目前国内外已有的新制度经济学教材更全面、更系统地评介新制度经济学理论。
本书除了可作高等院校经济学、管理学专业本科生、研究生的教学用书外，对其他对新制度经济学感兴趣的读者及理论研究者也有一定的参考价值。

Author Description

袁庆明，男，1966年生，湖南省湘潭市人。1988年在湖南师范大学获得本科学位，1993年在大连理工大学获得硕士学位，2001年在南开大学经济学系获得经济学博士学位。1993-1998年在青岛大学任教，2001年8月迄今在湖南大学经贸学院任教，副教授，硕士生导师，主要从事新制度经济学理论及其应用研究。除本书外，还著有《技术创新的制度结构分析》和《腐败与反腐败概论》（合著）。已在《江苏社会科学》、《中州学刊》等核心期刊发表《论制度的效率及其决定》、《技术创新与制度创新的关系理论评析》等学术论文30余篇，主持省部级课题3项，作为主研人员参加国家级、省部级课题6项。
