一、合作社组建背景
北京圣泽林梨专业合作社前身为北京圣泽林生态果业有限公司，始建于2003年1月，主要以种植、销售精品梨为主营业务，建成200亩市级梨标准化生产基地，注册了“圣泽林”商标。由于公司在市场开拓方面取得了长足进展，自己所生产的产品已无法满足市场扩容的需要，需要扩大自己的种植基地，为此公司采取了“公司+农户”的运作方式，通过与农户建立订单农业的合同关系，组织收购产品供应市场。农户从十几户逐步扩大为140余户农户，年销售量由10万公斤扩大为40万公斤。公司业务得到了发展，农民的收入也得到了提高，但存在的问题也十分突出，主要是供货市场不稳定，生产投入品无法统一，农户侧重在价格方面的争执讨价，而不注重自己的产品质量标准，造成产品质量参差不齐，产品质量难以控制，与农户合作维系的时间不够持久和长远，也不利于品牌和市场的培育。鉴于“公司+农户”运作模式存在的问题，2005年年底，公司与部分梨种植户进行了沟通，建议运用合作社的运行机制，将分散的农民组织起来，合作经营，共同发展。经过充分协商讨论，于2006年1月5日正式成立了合作社。
